I never take time to leave reviews but…..ordered online, said order will be ready at 6:46 I got there at 6:45 and waited. At 7:03 they said they were starting my wings and it should be about 6-7 minutes. Got my food at 7:15…there were others there before me that said they waited 20 and 30 minutes and a doordash driver was there because they forgot some of the order that he just delivered.

The food has been excellent here recently I don't know if they got new cooks or new staff or what but the kitchen has gotten much better I been there like 8 times in 3 weeks

So we placed an order for large meatlover pizza and an order of cheese bread. I go to pick the order up get back home with the order and it is a Med pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. So we call and the guy that I am guessing is the manager said to bring the pizza back to the store and they would make us the pizza we ordered. So we go back up to the store he takes the pizza and puts it back into the little holding oven. He then waited for like 10 minutes and calls the lady that was sitting in there waiting for there food the same pizza that we just took back up there to the lady with the rest of her order that she was waiting on. I sit there and watch this happen. I will never go back to this store again. Nasty people running this store.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!! I received a dinner box that had a GIANT NASTY HAIR across it and when I contacted pizza hut THREE TIMES was told I would be contacted about fixing this problem. It's been MONTHS. They took my money and gave my family an inedible product and refuse to refund my money/replace the order/do ANYTHING to fix the problem. They clearly do not care about quality, cleanliness or customer service and it's beyond disappointing.

I live 4min away and this location SR-559 who is only 2.9 miles away tells me they can’t deliver, Stated I must contact the location that is 4.1 miles away which is 11min away. This doesn’t make sense at all.
They delivered to me once and now say they can’t. This need to be looked into, and changed so that customer who live near by can have the delivery option and not just the carry out option.
Parking: Both Auburndale location are easy access, great menu options, great variety of selections of other options to select.

I’ve never been disappointed by the 559 store itself. It’s the app and the website that I am upset with. I have spent several days trying to reload the app and reset my password but I cannot even log in on the computer.I just want the store manager to know why I have stopped ordering (and I used to be in around once a week).

They accepted my DoorDash at 11:25 and then waited out the clock until they closed at 12:00. And then declined my call when I called at 12:01 to figure out what was going on. To make it worse since they marked it as being prepared I couldn’t even get a full refund. This has happened twice.
