Do not fall for it they will tell you to cancel your uber order because they don't have an item, don't do it Uber will not refund if you cancel the restaurant should cancel. They ladies there are rude and they know what to do in order to avoid working and still get paid.... Management should look into this March 31 at 8:17

They were verry rude I went on Saturday and she kept on rushing us we honestly just pulled off because she said she couldn’t add the rest of our food on she was in such a hurry to finish our order I definitely recommend getting new workers they were not professional at ALL!!!

This place needs better management. Employees are rude and ghetto. I avoid this location and drive to the auburndale location. Plus the inside is poorly kept and the employees always have an attitude and roll their eyes as if you are a burden. I've only had 1 good experience with 1 employee in the 6 times I've been here. Won't be back!

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one returning.
I got 9 out of 12 wings if you call this fried batter a wing. I ordered extra sauce and didn't get any sauce. If I'm going to spend $30 atleast give me my sauce and have someone to answer the damn phone.

It states that your open time is 10am I arrived at 10:08 am and seen an employee was outside I waited in the drive through for about 5 minutes nobody came on the speaker I went to the window I seen employees inside nobody came to the building I then did a wrap around the building to find the same employees who states you guys weren’t opened and I was told that you will open when there’s chicken on the line so I waited at the speaker to be told that I was not allowed to wait there and that again you guys aren’t opened
Popeyes great! I ordered on the app. arrived at Popeye 30 minutes before closing but they weren't worried about that. They were taking care of the customers. That's the way it's supposed to be, You don't worry about closing till that last customer leaves. That makes a good restaurant.

Worst location ive ever been too drive thru cashier was very rude acted like it was a problem that i was trying to spemd money at this restaurant if someone doesmt like their hib please fire them this is the second time ive came to this location was hoping it would be a better experience staff waa seemingly acting like it was to much for them to serve food at 8pm when the location isnt suppose to close until 11pm

Chicken has always been good but tonight the chicken was dry and had no meat on it just mostly bones. I ordered two of the two piece mild chicken combos. Instead of a thigh and leg , which was on the receipt, I received a breast bone and wing bone with barely any meat on it. The coleslaw was good but my cold coleslaw was shoved in a bag with my daughter's french fries which ened up being cold. $22+ for bones and cold fries.

Ordered through the Popeye's app to ensure this was a participating location for the "T-Mobile 3 tenders for $3" promotion. Once arrived at the restaurant my order was on the "ready for pick up" screen. Quite immediately I was addressed by the manager that he wasn't able to forfill the order, because it was an "error". He told me to cancel the order through the app, because he was a 3rd party (aka franchisee) and wasn't able to complete the order.
I was able to cancel to order, but had to give up the T-Mobile promotion.
This manager didn't want to complete the order, because his franchise would lose money on these types of orders. This individual cares more about the revenue he's generating, instead of customer satisfaction.
My personal message to him. "Don't run a restaurant franchise if you are not ready to take the risk in regards of cooperate promotions". This WILL be forwarded to cooperate.

Absolutely worse experience in Auburndale... and we eat out a LOT around town! The kiosk was super slow taking the order... then it took forever for someone at the counter to even acknowledge us... then after waiting another 30 mins... food no where near being served... asked for a refund and the girl at the counter was rude, slow and made it very clear that the speed of the food coming out was not her problem... the speed in which she told her manager that I wanted a refund was not her problem and then she continued to escalate her hostility towards me and my frustration over the entire situation and her lack of concern and zero accountability... definitely zero customer service skills are being taught and are part of their training of the team... two other employees came to pull her back and kept telling her to calm down... I hate that we will NEVER again give any business to this location... even though the one girl finally returned my money... everyone there allowed the situation to turn into what it did. Total lack of concern for demonstrating any kind of customer service! 40 minutes of my life gone but a huge lesson learned... awful employees can and will eventually cause the complete failure of a location and that is sad... I'm sure the people that are financially involved in maintaining this restaurant have no idea that valuable repeat customers are being treated in such a manner.
