I ordered a philly steak meal. Fries were cold, hard bread and no lettuce or tomato on it. It was a bunch of young kids working. I haven't eaten there at this location in some time. Will not be returning. Bunch of night shift workers said the same about quality at night. Lost alot of business im sure.

The manager of this Salems is absolutely amazing! She's tentative, kind and passionate about her job. She always upbeat every time we stop by and you can tell she cares about her quality of work and the business itself

Terrible went to the drive threw made my order asked them if everything was in the bag I repeated my order cashier said yes of course when I get home it wasn't missing food and ordered large frys and got quarter then that so I didn't get to eat called they said to bring my recite and they would replace my order went bk brought recite they said girl I talked to has no authority here said they won't replace notting i ho here every other day now I will be taking my business eles where im a local business owner Terrible service Terrible coustumer service skills

I went through the drive thru today.i asked for 3 tartar sauce and was too led there be a charge.i said ive never been charged before and was told they are supposed to.i said okay expecting a charge of maybe 25 cents a piece and was told $ 3.21 for 3 small packs of sauce.if yall charge a dollar a piece for a. 2 ounce pack of sauce that’s not good business.when I got my food I told the employee “thank you “,she said nothing back and just walked away,food was great but service was poor
