The coffee is pretty good but every single time my husband and I go they are out of what we want. That’s slightly disappointing.

I love this scooters. The girl in the window today (11/2 7:30 am) was not ready to be in that position. She does not have good customer service skills. She tried to charge me $24 for a large hot sugar cookie latte. I asked “for a coffee?” So she apologized and the charged me $6.48 for a drink - idk which one as the one she gave me was a hot black coffee. Very disappointed in this experience. Usually the people here are amazing. Idk what happened today.

Enjoyable coffee :) try out the cake bites they are impressive . I had the maple bourbon iced latte (light & sweet great flavor) & the pumpkin cheesecake bites (taste just like pumpkin pie).

Scooters in Auburndale were wonderful. The employees are friendly and polite. I love being greeted and not just asking what you ordered. My favorite is Scoot on around after you order. I ordered a fall drink and my husband a white chocolate mocha, and both were perfect. I love the drive-through experience.

I’m not one to usually go and review, but I had Scooters for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! We usually go to Starbucks but saw this place and wanted to give it a try. We will never go back to SB again lol I have a hard time drinking thin liquids and when asking SB to make my frappe thick; they look at me like I have 3 heads and it still comes out liquidy. Scooters not only delivered an extra thick frappe that I could thoroughly enjoy, but the flavor was spectacular! It actually tasted like coffee rather than sugar with a touch of coffee. You’ve gained lifelong customers lol can’t wait to try more things from y’all!!

I have been wanting to try this place since they opened. I stopped on my way to work today and ordered a BACON burrito and a turtle iced coffee. I was given a sausage burrito and did not realize it until a few bites in. I can not eat sausage as it makes me sick! I have been sick for hours!!!!!
Update: Scooter's Mgr did call and apologize for the mistake and offered to make it right, I declined the food but did accept the offer for the free coffee.
I really enjoy Scooter's! Fast service and orders made correctly. Service is always with a smile also! Great addition to Auburndale.

Got scooters for the first time through the drive-through. I ordered the iced brown sugar, oat milk latte it was so good!!! better than Starbucks in my opinion and my husband got the peanut butter power. Super delicious. ? we will be visiting every time we’re around the area.

Our first visit and we were not expecting it to be drive through only. The menu was a little confusing because we did not see the flavors that could be added to the coffees. We did our best and just asked if they had particular flavors. The coffee was decent I wouldn’t make a special trip to get it but it will do the trick. My suggestion would be to look at the menu online ahead of time.
