I'm a HUGE coffee lover and have consistently gotten a choice everyday for decades. Moving from my home state, I never thought I'd find a better coffee than my local shop until I found scooters. Their blended coffee is amazing and the staff is wonderful as well! I would highly recommend!!

So I was unaware that you could order from the drive through unless your in a vehicle. However I understand safety reasons, but if someone if standing at the drive-thru window to order why close the window on them? Rather them an act-knowledge them and advise “sorry we are not able to take order through the drive through”…. People customer service these days is very poor . However the minute you respond back to the negativity your the bad guy, cops get called and trespassed for nothing besides poor customer service

For Months We Have Been Enjoying This Establishment But Why Is It Our Drinks Are Never Stirred? Everytime We Have Ordered Iced Coffee Drinks You Can See The Thick Syrup Sitting In The Bottom.
We Completely Stopped Ordering Food Because Of Foreign Burnt Bits.
We Do Love The Drinks And Variety Of Options. Prices Are Great Compare To Most Chain Coffee Shops.
One Of The Only Employees That Seems To Care About Us Customers Informed me Today That She Is Leaving (On Good Terms). Nobody Else Has Her Customer Service Skills And We Will Miss Her.

I just changed my rating! Scooter’s Coffee Magnolia in Auburndale says they’re open until 8 p.m., but we showed up at 7:40 all blended drinks were unavailable because machines were shut down early. If you advertise hours until 8pm, you should serve until 8pm—not stop early for convenience. Customers deserve the full menu until closing time.

Their Red Bull infusions are amazing, I stop and get one every time I'm in Auberndale now (I've also made special trips just to get one 😂) I get the orange velvet with cold foam 🤌 Service has always been fast and courteous. 1000% recommended! I would choose them over larger coffee chains anytime!!!
