I love this location usually visit every morning and enjoyed collecting my badges on the app but lately I been disappointed since they turned the mobile ordering off which defeats the purpose of being able to order in advance and redeem points. So I hope they turn it back on because it’s been off for a few months now

Ok let me explain. I love a lot of things about the Auburndale Scooters but there are a couple of tiny issues. The staff is top notch friendly, fast, and really knows their stuff. In the last several weeks things have gotten really good, even great! Must have been some management improvements. My complaint is that I'm not sure I always get what I order. For a while the espresso machines were down (and idk how you run a modern coffee shop without espresso!) and the drinks were weak at best. Some days, and it depends on who I see working, they still are. Side note, don't let the coconut milk go bad. Y'all need to do better here. Your prices are good, but not good enough for weak coffee. My biggest hurrah for the ladies running the windows. Always, and I mean ALWAYS, they are the greatest part of my stop. My absolute favorite is Belva! She gets it right all the time. Don't lose this fantastic lady! (Maybe work on a few of the younger ones that don't smile much though. After all, every cup comes with a smile)

Depending on who is closing they will not make you a blended drink when they still have 1hr until they close but if you order on the app it’s no issue other than that I love their coffee just wish they had better customer service

I dont do a whole lot of reviews but this particular experience prompted me too. I ordered an iced Caramelicious coffee and was really disappointed. The flavor just wasn’t there at all, especially for the price. A large (20 oz) was $6.15, which i felt was way too high for what you get. High price tag, not much coffee, and doesn't taste great. For the same money, I could’ve gotten two coffees at Dunkin’ that taste better for half the cost of this one coffee. Even Starbucks, which I’m not a big fan of.. offers a larger coffee for about the same price. Between the taste and the cost, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me. I definitely wont be going back. Just my personal opinion.

I ordered a drink WITHOUT whipped cream. I was given a drink WITH whipped cream. I asked if the drink could be remade as I cannot have whipped cream. They simply scooped the whipped cream off and handed me the same drink back. I asked one more time if the drink could be remade (since there was clearly still whipped cream in the drink). Once again, they handed me the same drink, which still had some whipped cream on it. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I just took the drink. If you have allergies or dietary preferences/restrictions, this is NOT the place to go.

Went there in the morning and they had absolutely no coffee, why even be open if you can’t give what you’re literally meant for. This is insane.
7:30 in the morning and i get told you have no coffee unacceptable for being a coffee establishment. Do better !!
