Employees do not respect the privacy of others at this location. I brought my laptop with me, and an employee “pretending” to be cleaning tables came over to mine, leaned forward, past my laptop screen, looked at it, for no particular reason, and then pretended to be cleaning a couple of tables past mine before going back into the kitchen. Except all of the tables in the dining room were already clean, and it was obvious what this employee was doing. She wasn’t cleaning tables. She was being intrusive and disrespectful. Like I wouldn’t notice. Yet they are supposed to be making fast food. Not spying on customers. So the good thing about Taco Bell corporate is that they require their franchisees to print a survey code on each receipt for leaving feedback, and fortunately I do have that receipt… Now that I look at the other reviews I wonder if it’s any coincidence they have so many other one star reviews… apparently I am not the only one that thinks they are not doing things right.

Well went with a friend from work, I had my lunch, he went in, I waited about 15 minutes, no show from my friend, went in he was just walking up to place his order, so I went to the restroom, filthy, piss on the floor toilet paper everywhere on the floor, the kicker is there's a sign on the door saying we check the restroom every 30 minutes smh

I usually love this location. The people in the drive thru are always so nice but tonight I made the mistake of coming in (here now 11pm) and like 5 of the employees were on break ( I guess) cussing up a storm, like every other word loud enough where everyone could hear them. Terrible.

Just awful food and service. I placed a drive-thru mobile order, but decided to pick it up inside. Not a problem anywhere else, but these clowns gave my order to the next guy in line outside. Which I know because he came in to ask for his correct order. After a full half-hour, I finally got my meal. Naturally, it was missing items, and other items were made wrong. Also some of the most disgusting slop I've ever been served at a Taco Bell. They have terrible reviews for good reason. Definitely not recommended.
I would not recommend the havendale taco bell. I eat taco bell all the time. I got the worst service ive ever got there i will never go there

My nachos fries was almost 5 dollars for 2 and wasn't filled up at all.this is ridiculous and I told them and they whispered about it which was rude and unprofessional and said they had to use large portion cups..pathetic taco bell ..they done in my books

I went 10/22 at 11:30am with an online order. We went through the drive thru and the girl couldn’t figure out how to pull up our order so she made us come inside and said the system was down. When I went inside she already had the drinks ready, but the system was down so how could she have our drinks already? I went inside and waited 20mins for my order while everyone else who came after me got their food before me. There were two workers trying to help customers but the manager on duty kept telling then not to go up there. One was a young black man making the burritos and the other was a tan man with long black hair (he looked new). The tan one was treated rudely by the other employees but he was absolutely amazing! The only thing I enjoyed about my service. My drink wasted on me and the floor due to the girl giving it to me without the lid on it fully. He grabbed napkins for me and cleaned up the spill promptly and was really friendly. He tried to explain to the manager that he messed up someone when he tendered the order and the drawer was messed up but she couldnt even be bothered by him to help him fix his mistake. After finally getting my food it smelled spoiled and the shell literally crumbled after it was picked up. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant.

it’s certainly taco bell but the staff acts like they could seriously be doing anything else and they are inconsistent in giving napkins, forks, or several items when you buy more than $10 worth of food. going inside is a waste of time because there’s no reason to bother at all since they go faster in the drive thru. no bike

The tables are always very wobbly. No one ever speaks to you. And I always have to clean off the tables. What are family goes in there? Not the same service that I remembered. It doesn't look good at all.
