We just got here and someone working here a young woman is being nasty with a food delivery person telling him that he shouldn’t be in the food delivery service if he can’t speak English!!!!! She seems to be a manager!!!!! Then laughs and tells the man I beat you understood that!!! I’m sorry but that’s not professional at all and to do it with customers in the lobby (others that have children also here) then to just walk away from the man mumbling to herself. If your manages can’t treat everyone like humans then they don’t need to be working with people!!!!! Oh and please fix your damn women’s rest room door for over a year now that door has been messed up to where you have to literally life and force it to even shut to use the restroom.

One staff member very rude she informed me (being an elderly person)that if I did not want use the kiosk I would have to wait. Upon leaving I politely informed her her prices were wrong according to her menu she rudely informed me that if I had a problem with the prices I could take it up with the manage. My receipt says Hayley L. She refused to give me her first name which informed her I did not need her last name she refused to give her name. I won't be returning to this location.

Literally bad service and very inconsiderate. I decided to go and buy take out with my husband since I have been dealing with a horrible sore throat. I tried ordering where the menu area is at, the lady couldn’t understand me so I decided to pull up over the window area and order on the window, everyone seemed upset. I apologized cause I lost my voice from having a horrible cold and infection these past few days.. I received my order. Headed home with my husband , then I see that they didn’t put in my quesadilla cantina meal. I honestly think it was done on purpose.

I will Never eat Taco Bell 🔔again. Treated a few people to Taco Bell . Everyone who ate there was sick hrs later. All the taco shells were stale and the lettuce and tomato was old. Fast service but horrible food full of Salmonella . 🤢☠️⚰️

I went there this evening and waiting for my food for an hour and normally I’m not one to complain about things like this and so when I went and asked for my money back the manager had a whole attitude with me when it wasn’t my fault, I was waiting for an hour for my food while other people were getting there food before me and they came in after I did. I really am disappointed that I had to go through this. While at the counter we heard one of the employees getting yelled at for being on his phone while everyone was working and that’s unacceptable and very unprofessional bc if you see that the food isn’t going out then get off the phone and help out. I am not a happy customer with this situation.
