Pulled into the drive-thru since my baby was napping in the car. Was greeted by an automated voice. Apparently real employees don’t take orders at Taco Bell unless you request it?? Then when I had to ask for hot sauce because I wasn’t offered any, the girl in the window was extremely rude (assuming) because she had to do the BARE MINIMUM of her job?! I know it’s Taco Bell and you can only expect so much, but this was just sad.

Sandra was the GM there the day we visited. I was having some issues with my mobile order online and she came to the rescue and fixed everything! She has a wonderful attitude and great personality who made the environment extremely fun, for the visitors and the employees. A beautiful person. Our food tasted extra good too. The only Taco Bell we frequent.

On August 9th 2024 I went to this Taco Bell and I must say that I was very very impressed. Referring to specifically the cashier known as April. She is very very kind and respectful provides excellent customer service, make sure I received my food in a timely manner. If the whole world were like her in the Taco Bell universe then this business would surpass any fast food restaurant in the galaxy. Add to her bosses I say this to you, please pay her double her current salary because...
