I know customers are typically more likely to review a business if they have a bad experience, so I figured I’d leave a positive review to help this location’s current rating. I rarely eat Taco Bell. Just placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive-thru. Employees were friendly; my order was accurate and freshly made. It is probably the cleanest, most neatly-packaged Taco Bell order I’ve ever had. No mess, no lettuce or sauces slopped all over the wrappers. I’ve been hesitant to order from this location since it opened, due to the poor Google reviews; but it’s the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. 👍

Place felt really clean and proper customer service was excellent from the moment i drove through the drive thru my order taker Daniella was really sweet and polite after i got my food i parked and went inside to the bathroom and the bathrooms were extremely clean and nice 10/10 would most definitely recommend

Absolutely ridiculous service at this Taco Bell. This is the second time they’ve completely messed up my order. The rice was cold, the beans were dry, and the so-called “chicken” I paid extra for was barely a spoonful dry and tasteless. If I’m paying extra, I expect the portion I paid for, not scraps.
To make things worse, the staff completely ignored me while I was waiting. No courtesy, no acknowledgment, just zero customer service.
⚠️ Warning to others: check your order before leaving because they rip people off and give less than what you pay for. This location is a joke — poor food, poor service, and zero consistency. Save your money and go elsewhere.
