Mid food, and the customers service horrible asked nicely for ketchup and got talked with attitude. Everyone else got talked nicely and even i gave tip to see if it would change anything but got treated worst. Would never come back.

Food is alright. Basic American type food. Cheeseburger, sloppy Joe, tuna N chicken sandwich... not the best service, just kids. Burger had a bunch of hard bits in it. Maybe JUST A SWEETS STOP.

Chicago dog was super fresh and I loved the seasoning on the French fries. My sister raved on the Italian ham and cheese. She only had tried the ice cream before and said she was impressed with today's lunch visit. We will be back.

I know service, and was impressed, I live close but am never over this way near meal times, was coming home and decided to stop. QUICK basic yummy! The burger was good, the shake was amazing. The service was top notch! I will be back for sure. Keep up the great job Shake Shoppe.
