When I walked in I placed a order at the kiosk because I know how rude the average 9-5 employee can be. To no surprise here’s my story.
I glanced over and noticed the young lady with BLODNE SHORT HAIR smiling ear to ear while talking to another fine BLACK gentleman.
As soon as I walked over to the counter I wasn’t greeted what’s so ever and she gave me a nasty look?
What did I do to deserve this treatment?
Furthermore once I greeted her she still didn’t offer a greeting back.
Our entire interaction was solely based off of just speaking nothing more I expect the upmost in customer care because the STORE I MANAGE I EXPECT NOTHING ELSE!!

Food was decent, took about 25 mins even though there was about 2 other people waiting for food. Then when my food arrived I got regular nuggets instead of spicy and when I went to get them changed they had none done so I had to wait for them to make a new batch. Great more waiting.

The ordering process sucked. Everything is becoming computerized. Guaranteed errors. That the staff could care less to fix. Won’t be going back here

yikes! 5 cars in the drive through and it took 45 minutes to get through. AI drive through failed and lost my order. Human had to intervene. Not a great drive through experience

This Wendy’s has gone downhill. The wait is ridiculous and the food was cold. They really need to hire more help.
Pls don't let the employees turn off the ai drive thru the ai gets my order perfect everytime while the people get it wrong every time.

The Auburndale Wendy's is the worst place. Lucky if they are open and if they are you're lucky if the lobby is open. Waited in line for a long time after going to the door. After waiting went the window because no one was coming on the speaker. Told they might be opening after lunch sometime. No sign posted and lots of cars kept pulling up. This is the worst store ever!

Came with my friend we were gonna have 2 orders and used the drive thru. Well that was a bad idea as you dont speak to a person. Its AI ordering and cant place two orders! AI can be good for some things but not at a drive thru. Needless to say only one order was placed which was mine. My friend took her business elsewhere so you lost out on the money my friend would have spent there all because of the stupid AI ordering. Please go back to where we can speak to a real live person!

I ordered two breakfast burritos. Bacon and egg. It has hardly any bacon on it, and a whole lot of cheese. The egg was flat, not scrambled like I was expecting. I do not go there much anymore due to the AI board in the drive through. Ordering on the AI board is very slow, and you cannot correct any thing on your order without it taking much longer.
