This place is literally ridiculous i have tried so hard to give them multiple chances but it is the slowest rudest place ever 20 plus minutes as the third car in the drive thru finally left

I want to recognize Miss Chelle for her outstanding service during my recent visit. She went above and beyond, handling multiple tasks effortlessly—including running several orders outside—without ever slowing down. While others were standing around, Miss Chelle remained fully committed, constantly moving and making sure customers were taken care of.
What really stood out was her attitude: she was the only team member who greeted customers properly and spoke to everyone with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her work ethic and customer service are unmatched, and she truly made a difference in my experience.
Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like Miss Chelle on the team!

⭐ 1 Star – Wendy’s in Auburndale is a joke.
All I wanted was some food, not a conversation with a robot. You pull up to order and there's no real person—just some voice assistant that can’t even get a basic meal right. I had to repeat myself ten times, and they still messed up the order I'll make sure to never go here again and I couldn’t even talk to a manager because apparently, humans are optional now. Fast food? More like fast frustration. Do better, Wendy’s.

They never have enough people. Orders take long & now they have the AI taking the order so fewer employees.

Put in a mobile order. When we got there to pick it up they said they didn't have any beef products, no burgers, just chicken. Okay, I guess it's understandable. Then they didn't have the frostys we ordered. Then they didn't have the drinks we ordered. Then they didn't have the dressing for the salad my wife ordered. THEN we had to pull up and literally waited over 30 minutes for our food, which wasn't even that much. Dude....if y'all can't run a fast food restaurant properly then it needs to be shut down. Wendy's used to be in a class of their own when it came to fast food restaurants, but now they are at the McDonald's level, even lower. Congratulations, Wendy's.

Slow service. We got half of our food while waiting for the rest to cook. As you can imagine the food we got first was ice cold by the time the rest was done cooking. Do better than this. Care about your customers. We make or break you. Too many options to choose from

They are incredibly slow. This wasn't the first time. I hope to never go again. The food wasn't even fresh either. Chicken was hard. Burger was dry. Potato was brown inside. Horrible

May not always be fully staffed or fully stocked. They usually run out of fries and soda if they run out of things. Normally wouldn't mention it, but it's happened enough that I've forgone going to this location more then a few times.
