OASIS The Kitchen Lounge

Absolutely inedible chicken wrap (all rice and the cook forgot the black beans); three members of our family went in for lunch and all were disappointed in their food. Two entrees were edible although the Asian chicken was served lukewarm and was cold by the time the other two entrees were served. Music was blaring and the TV going; there was one other table filled in the restaurant. The seats were all worn and the leatherette had ripped off in places. We were not sure if this was a purposeful trendy design. We thought it did not enhance the ambiance in the dining area. The server apologized profusely and took off 25% of the wrap valued at $12 which removed $3.00 from the bill (he indicated that was the maximum allowed). I was charged approximately $2 for the added onion slice on the wrap and was told after the fact. I actually took home the wrap to take a picture of what was served. The server showed me that he included the facts on the electronic receipt noting the substandard quality and quantity of the food and reason he took off the $3. The final bill was $57 for two $12 offerings and one $28 salmon entree excluding the cash tip. Bottom line there are other selections to choose from. I had intended to recommend to our car club members we cruise there and have lunch or dinner however thank you very much but no thanks. I come from a family of restauranteurs and my comments are meant to be constructive to the management.

Had a roach crawling on my table… food is not good but the service and cleanses terrible. Went to a Halloween party and all the friends of the owners were in the kitchen all over the food. I wouldn’t recommend.

Oasis used to be my favorite restaurant in Ave Maria, FL, but the recent menu and kitchen changes have been disappointing. The hamburger, churrasco, and other meats aren’t seasoned properly and don’t taste the same. I’ve visited several times—even on busy Fridays—and it’s sad to see the once-enjoyable environment fall short. As a family of seven, we won’t be returning until the entrees are back to their former quality.

Food descriptions sounded very good, but our orders were a bit of a disappointment. The Latin Pork Wrap was 80% unflavored white rice, so skip that one. The fig bacon flatbread had little evidence of either but was quite sweet because of the abundant glaze. We'd give that one a miss too.

From the moment we walked into Oasis, we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. The customer service was exceptional—our servers Will and Luana were attentive without being intrusive and made great recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes.
The kitchen staff Alex and Jeison truly deserve praise; every dish was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. You could tell that a lot of care and skill went into each plate, from the perfectly seasoned entrees to the delicious desserts.
The food quality was top-notch—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and thoughtful combinations that made the meal memorable from start to finish. It’s clear this restaurant takes pride in both its cuisine and its customer experience.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates great food and even better service!

Absolutely loved the vibe at Oasis! The food was fresh and full of flavor, the drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was just perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The staff was super friendly and attentive too — you can really tell they care about the experience. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! 🌴🍹
