I consider Eggs Benedict to be the standard of a good breakfast restaurant. If a place can make those correctly, they can make anything else the right way, because Eggs Benedict requires a little more care than just "scramble a couple of eggs and make some toast."
After spending week in Vegas, I can confidently say that the Eggs Benedict at The Bean exceed those found in some of the finest resorts on the Strip.

First time there great service and great breakfast
We had breakfast at The Bean this morning with their new, expanded sit-down menu and it was fantastic! I'm so happy that they moved to this style of service. We tried the French Toast, bacon, a side of sausage for my little one, and a breakfast burrito with home fries. Everything was really tasty!
