“I consider Eggs Benedict to be the standard of a good breakfast restaurant. If a place can make those correctly, they can make anything else the right way, because Eggs Benedict requires a little more care than just "scramble a couple of eggs and make some toast." After spending week in Vegas, I can confidently say that the Eggs Benedict at The Bean exceed those found in some of the finest resorts on the Strip. Well done, everyone.“
