The food was completely tasteless. I felt mocked by the staff especially the manager, when we explained to them what was wrong with the food. This place used to be excellent and since it changed owners, it seem to be going downhill fast. They won't see me there anytime soon.

Amazing food and service!! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with smiles by everyone working there. We were in the plaza and my son asked for pancakes. So we stopped in and had a great brunch! Barbara was our server and she was so kind and provided us with a great first experience there! We will definitely go back soon.

I’ve found my favorite bagel place in Miami. The bagels are soft and chewy, toppings on top and bottom, you get a big scoop of cream cheese and the service is great .

I really don’t think the ratings of this place are fair… The bagels are really tasty and chewy, the servers are so friendly and comforting, and the vibes are exactly what I look for at a deli. Also if you come early you can get a coffee and any bagel with cream cheese for only $5!

I can’t wait to be back!

Visited bagel cove last weekend for breakfast, the place has gotten a facelift on the outside, on the inside it still needs work... there is no music at this establishment so you will be hearing a bunch of old people talk about the most random things and it just makes things awkward.... about 80% of their clientele are rich old people that come to hang out and eat, the other 20% are people in their mid 40s from the surrounding areas. Anyways, now as far as the food: the orange juice was fresh and tasted delicious however, their large serving seemed more like a regular size drink. The bagels were OK, they give you a tiny piece of butter and a small container of cream cheese to add to the bagel, the potatoes + eggs were average. Overall, it is an OK place for breakfast, affordable, clean, however I would expect more from this establishment as it is right in the center of Aventura... standards need to be raised higher.

The truth is that I am leaving very disappointed in the place. The Pastrami Sandwich has been reduced by at least 30% of its content. It's a shame. The waitress was not friendly at all. Anyway, I see it in decline after two years without going... could it be that the owner changed and I didn't find out?
I know very well what a real pastrami sandwich is and what I ate was almost a sample of what a pastrami sandwich should not be.
They answer me to call the manager and they don't tell me where I wrote or anything.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE.

Don’t bother coming here. Einstein is probably a better bet or a diner. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly toasted. Got the bagel toasted had to put the cream cheese and jelly on myself. I was better off staying home. Felt like I walked into a retirement home cafeteria. Menus falling apart, coffee stains on them.

I've come here on and off for over 20 years when I visit S Florida. This time when I entered the establishment it was like walking into a cemetary with a few customers and a sad atmosphere. The smell of stench in the air was overbearing and the place appeared run down, drop ceiling panels looked all greasy and water-rotted. Crazy unfinished sheet rock and greasy walls and air ducts.

On a happy note, the server (Barbara)!and table bussers were kind and exceedingly helpful.

The owners should be ashamed. I hope on my next visit this place will be completely renovated and thriving like it was in the past.

Walked in here for the first time and they had no menu anywhere. Someone took my order for a simple bagel with cream cheese when I noticed the guy preparing the avocados dropped one of the opened avocados on the floor and picked it up, looked at me, and proceeded to put it in the prep bowl he was putting them all in. Will never go back there again.

Very disappointed on all category of this restaurant. The food was disgusting - The turkey sausage was uneatable; the matzah soup was cold. In the middle of having my meal, a stink smell drafted from the bathroom and it was gross. Service was horrible also. The waitress pad zero attention and the restaurant was nearly empty. What a shame - the restaurant was solid before Pandemic, and I was just in the area today and decided to grab a quick bite before leaving.

This is hard as we didn't know they closed at 4pm and we came in at 3:20pm so the kitchen was out of a salad dressing that was needed for a salad we order and out of seeded rye bread. We weren't told this until after we ordered so that really affected my thoughts. The menu is extensive and has a good selection. The service was outstanding and prices are what you'd expect. All in all I think we got a skewed experience so I suggest being aware it closes at 4pm so get there no later than 3pm and maybe even 2:45 to ensure they have what you want. I'm willing to try again.
