I recently visited Caviar and More at Aventura Mall in Miami. As a resident of Trinidad, I often vacation in Miami every couple of months, and this time was no different. After a few hours of shopping, I decided to stop by the store for lunch.
Upon arriving, I stood at the counter waiting for the waitress, but she never approached me. Thinking she might not have noticed me, I went to her directly. She looked at me and then turned away, which I initially assumed was a mistake. I proceeded to find a seat at one of the tables, but both empty tables needed to be cleaned. Standing on the side, I waited for her to acknowledge me, but she never did. When I approached the counter again, she brusquely indicated for me to wait. I stood there for about five minutes, feeling increasingly uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Finally, my friend suggested we leave due to the poor treatment. Before leaving, I decided to address the issue. I told the waitress that she should not discriminate against me because of my appearance or skin color. It was a very sad and humiliating experience. As an attorney, I can certainly afford to dine at such establishments, which is why I chose to eat there in the first place. However, after this experience, I will never recommend this place.
If this is the kind of staff that Caviar and More employs, I want nothing to do with this business. I believe in the power of my voice and my purchasing power, and I will use both to advocate for fairness and equality. I will make sure to highlight this incident and never recommend this establishment to anyone.

A good place to eat quickly and continue shopping, I always eat there on Black Friday since it is very practical.They have a good menu and the dishes are delicious.The service is good.

My new job reminds me of an aquarium with fish... it stands in the middle of a large hall, people walk past here and there... most people don’t even pay attention to the fish that swim in circles all day, attracting random glances from passers-by... Multi-colored scales sparkle in the sun, and fins flow under the surface of the water... Sometimes someone stops to look into the aquarium, but, not finding anything interesting for themselves, they hurry on... “Experts” purposefully rush to the “fish”, knowing exactly what what they want... Having received their portion of “impressions”, they leave, dissolving in the stream of idly wandering people... The fish are left alone... With bored movements they float around the corners of the aquarium and wait... Waiting for their enthusiastic “spectator”, who is about to come up to them and knock abruptly across the glass and smiles at the little creatures staring out of the “glass ball” at the big world...

Everytime I go to the mall I have to stop by Caviar and more! the service is speedy, the people who work there are so kind and the food is amazing. Overall this is a 10/10 spot and if you’re looking for a great place to stop by during your shopping trip, you will absolutely not regret checking out this amazing kiosk. They have great foie gras, yummy macaroons and so much more to try.
