I heard good things about this cute spot, and I was so excited to visit. When I stopped by on Tuesday, October 3rd at 1:33pm and ordered a black coffee with a shot of cream, I was given a drink with waay to much cream. It looked like milk, so I kindly asked if I could have them make the drink again, with just a light shot of cream and I was treated with disrespect and mocked by an employee when they re-served my coffee. Imperial Moto is one of the coolest spots around. The installations and overall setup are done beautifully. The vibe is amazing. The coffee is excellent — rich, smooth, and consistently good. The burger is incredible, and the fries are honestly the best in town. Perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive. The latte and Nutella croissant are phenomenal. The latte was perfectly balanced and smooth. The Nutella croissant was fresh, flaky, and indulgent without being overly sweet. Service is quick, efficient, fast, and friendly. The staff is super friendly, incredibly warm, and courteous. There are lots of coffee options and empanadas. The macha strawberry latte was exactly what was needed. The mushroom and cheese empanada was perfectly baked and crunchy. The artisan croissants looked really good. The matcha is amazing. The drinks are top-notch. This café located in Aventura mall is great from coffee, pastries to apparel. Customers can order from a self ordering kiosk or directly at the counter.
