Nespresso has gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years, buying 60-80 pods per month. The coffee and machine quality has gone down, and the customer service is abysmal. Almost every order has issues and they never even say
"sorry for the inconvenience" as I spend 20 minutes on the phone inquiring why my order never arrived, why only the recycling bags were shipped and not my 250 pods, why my account seems to have

Jose made a visit super easy for a sleeve of peppermint coffee, getting the customer in and out in 5 minutes. Jack was very friendly, smiling, and welcoming, even offering a coffee to try. Camilo provided all the information needed to make a good decision on purchasing a Nespresso, treating the customer like royalty and making the buying process smooth and pleasant. David was very professional and accommodating, explaining the differences between coffee machines and answering every question. The attention from the team is wonderful, and they are great with conversation. The Nespresso itself is delicious and super efficient, with a sleek, luxurious design. The boutique is recommended for buying Nespresso or stocking up, and customers will be going back again.
