Terrible customer service. People are clueless. I placed order for same day delivery and after 3 calls, I was told they didn’t bother and sent my order back to the store. If you don’t want to work, don’t be in a place that requires good service. I will be getting rid of my Nespresso machine and getting something else. Terrible.

Worst experience of my life. I bought a coffee machine and was never delivered. My friend went to make a complain and they did not take the responsibility and we lost all our money. The manager (Julio) was rude, threatened her and told her she was a thief!!! I will sue!!!

I was at the Nespresso store on Friday afternoon, 12/8. Usually, I don't write reviews but this experience really warranted one because I was really disappointed. I really love coming to the Nespresso store to purchase my coffee pods for my Vertuo machine and just looking around to see any new items I can purchase. Every time, I visit the store, i feel welcomed by the staff and they offer me a cup of coffee while i shop. This time around, I had to approach a staff member although the store was empty, they were very rigid, not welcoming at all, and presented with a rude attitude. after i chose my coffee's the person helping me saw i was looking at the free coffee station and he then asked if i wanted one. at that point i was so turned off, i just wanted to take my coffee and leave. i am surprised by this experience and it just upset me that, i drove 45 min there and back primarily for this store and this is the experience i had to face. Also, for years now, i usually get the two free pod samples after buying so many sleeves. not this time around.

Today at 7:25pm I came to get some coffee and the service was the worst. I ask for some recommendations and the girl treatment pretty rude and dry. We ask how one of the coffee tastes and she. Just said it “is just coffee, they all taste like coffee”

Purchased some coffee and lady wasn't very pleasant. Not rude but just enough to get me out. When I left, she gave me the wrong coffee. I went back and told another rep what happened. He assisted but no apology for their mistake.

Popped in few minutes before closing. The associate was kind enough to let me inc, listened to what capsules I needed, and the entire transaction took mere minutes. Not entirely die to closing. I had my hands rather full literally speaking. No sales pitches and the like. Very well managed in my brief experience.
