Wao amaizing food I felt i was in Paris again!
Barbara (the cashier) is the reason I keep coming back to Rosetta Bakery in Aventura. I live near Lincoln Road, but I gladly drive here because the service and freshness are unmatched. Barbara is always smiling, friendly, and incredibly attentive, even when the lines are long. She knows I love freshly squeezed orange juice and, despite how busy she is, she always makes it fresh for me with a smile.

My phone had died, and I asked if I could borrow a charger so I could pay for a sandwich because I was starving. Unfortunately, no one was willing to help. It was disappointing to see such little effort to assist, especially as a customer. I believe good customer service is about going above and beyond when someone needs a simple act of help, and that was missing from my experience.

Rosetta Bakery, located inside Aventura Mall, offers a variety of items, including delicious sandwiches like the olive bread cheese tomato sandwich and pizzas like the spicy salami pizza. The patisserie has a beautiful interior with high ceilings and natural wood accents, and serves freshly pressed orange juice and decent coffee.
