Used to love coming to this place for a quick bite and some coffee until yesterday. My fiancé and I were standing on the line waiting for service and the staff let not one, but TWO aggressive Spanish speaking customers ahead of us as if we were invisible. After waiting for long time while they chit chatted; one of the staff started asking the person behind us what they wanted. My fiancé then asked why no one was asking us what we wanted in English and one of the male staff got an attitude and asked our order in a very rude manner while the rest of the staff glared at us with very bad energy. We decided not to accept this and we walked away. We definitely won’t be back. I speak Spanish, however I shouldn’t have to in order to get service and be treated with respect.

First time at this locationWas really recommended by many people.Went today for the first time, food looks delicious and tastes even better.Unfortunately me and my family had a really bad experience with the cashier Amy.. she was really rude and unprofessional for no reasonWe were just asking if she has another option for my milk, she said she was too busy for that and asked another question ..I was just looking at her because I wasn’t expecting that attitude in such a nice place and she also asking “ what are you looking at “This all happened around 4pm

Today I stopped in for a quick espresso and a mini cannolo, coffee was good but the cannolo wasn’t fresh because I could tell by the soggy cannolo shell! Honestly I wanted to buy a slice of pizza but I got turned off by seeing employees hugging each other with the same gloves they served people, because they didn’t change in between services, I’m sure their hands were cleaner than those gloves, just saying ? sorry

The food looks good but the delay in service is so slow that I would never return. We ordered sandwiches and when they were delivered they were already cold. It took us 35 minutes to pick up the sandwiches and coffee from the counter. A shame. I do not recommend it. And even less if you are looking for a place to chat with friends! We have spent the afternoon waiting for a coffee instead of being able to chat. There being so many other options to have a coffee, if you see a line of people waiting to be served, DON'T DON'T TRY IT!!

Horrible experience. 1st time here and last. Asked for a cappuccino from the start and the lady said to tell the next person. I tell the next person and the same result. I tell the cashier and she tells me she put the order. Waited 20 mins no coffee. I ask the attendant about the coffee and no one knew anything. Apparently she did not put the coffee order, neither did she charge me. When asked about my coffee they wanted me to wait until they figure it out. Then they wanted me to pay to wait. Went to Starbucks and paid more per cup and got it in 3 min.
