Great restaurant, very comfortable and great ambience for any meal. Can easily accommodate couples or families with indoor or outdoor dining. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff.

we were party of 6 celebrating 83rd birthday. The weather necessitated we go indoors for eating instead of outside where the fans over the table could not be shut. We had to wait 35 minutes for any table... which happened after one of the men in our party suggested they put to tables together.For this, the appetizers were on the house (brussels sprouts and gracamole were very good) .Sadly, this did not make up for what transpired at the end of the meaL. The disappointment came when in the restaurant protocal for settling the bill was so messed up. We would have been better having asked for separater checks, instead of asking for the total food bill to be split 3 ways. The restaurant manager and the server billed incorrectly!! the food bill was $273 whereas the drink bill $86. They split the drink bill 3 ways instead of the food bill. Imagine reviewing your bill and finding you paid for everyone's dinners???? all 3 couples wanted their respective charge receipts. When this was pointed out to the manager, we needed to go to the front desk to resolve this. Their credit card machine was not working. Had they told us this originally, we could have stated to separate the bill. NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS. Almost another hour spent standing at the front desk hoping they can correct this gross error.At this time, one couple's bill is not resolved. My bill has reversal of the entire food bill.... it is a mess. BEWARE.While at the front desk, the manager finally offered to not charge for the drinks.I could say a lot more on the mis handling of the situation...... I will save that for the manager of the hotel.I will speak with the hotel manager this week.we have enjoyed the food at the Gala previously. It will be a VERY LONG TIME before ever returning....

Unfortunately very disappointing. The octopus was undercooked, cold inside and therefore not edible. Unfortunately I had to return it. The prices do not correspond to the price list that can be viewed in the room. According to the service it is the old menu.

Service and food was excellent, I stay at this Hilton regularly and it’s nice to have a first class restaurant right down stairs. The staff are efficient and friendly and the food is consistently high quality. I definitely recommend giving it a try whether you are visiting the area or are a local resident!

Claudio was excellent the entire evening. He made sure our water glasses were constantly full and checked on the table multiple times throughout the dining experience. The food was excellent. The salmon was cooked to perfection.

We had dinner and breakfast. Dinner service was good. Server was attentive. For breakfast service was amazing so was our server Melody. She is attentive, sweet and my son loves her. Ask for her by name. The chef Wes was great as well.
We are staying at the Hilton Aventura for over a week. Every meal we have had at Gala has been A+++ from the menu, fresh ingredients and the service. We had Andrez last night and he was attentive, friendly and caring. We are on our way now for dinner!! If you are in the area or are staying at this beautiful hotel, do not miss Gala. The ceviche and the short ribs are to die for!!

We stayed one night at the Hilton Aventura on the way to the Keys. We ate dinner and breakfast at Gala and the food was awesome on both occasions. Andrez was our waiter and host for dinner and he was great. He explained what Gala was trying to do, the dedication to great food and excellent service. He shared thoughts on the menu items and was very attentive to our needs. If in the area we will defiantly stay agin, and even if not staying, I recommend Gala for a great meal!

This is in a beautiful hotel. Service is pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the food has WAY to much Salt. The Cous cous, and the Snapper were way more salty than needed to be. I just could not eat the Cous cous, which came with the Snapper. My partner had some Beef that was not as salty....Oh well. Later, I could still taste the SALT.
