Very nice restaurant. We had dinner for New Year's Eve ! Our server Lucie was amazing she recommended a lot of delicious choices. We all loved the food, service & atmosphere!! Highly recommend
Although I live in NY I come to Aventura once a year for a week. While here that week we go to Joey's twice. The food is great, all 14 of us agree the food is great. Their service is outstanding. It's a really great atmosphere as well. You won't be disappointed!!
I made a reservation for 10 people at 8:30pm. I got there at 8:20pm to checked in. My guests arrived at 8:35pm. We waited there for 30 minutes. I had to go and asked for the table three times. We finally got sat down, they offered us a bottle of wine as compliment because of the waiting time. After we got sit down we ordered 5 appetizers and 9 entrees. It took them 1.5 hours for the appetizers to arrive. We decided to leave because the store wasn't that busy for them to take too long. The waitress came and talked to us and said that the food will arrive in the 10 mints. We gave them another chance. The manager came and talked to us and didn't help at all. She promised our food was a priority and it wasn't. It took about 45 more minutes for the food to arrive after the appetizer. When the food arrived, it was cold, and some steaks were overcooked. The manager “tried to fix” our poor experience giving us free drinks, wine and appetizers but we didn't want free things, all we wanted was to have a great experience there because it was a work dinner and a birthday celebration. The table next to us was also complaining. The place looks great but with this service the business is going down. Very disappointed and frustrated. As I told the manager, me personally I'm not coming back !
food was mid , i was expecting more when it to food & dont order lemonade it doesnt taste sweet
The Lobster spaghetti with sirloin was excellent. The lobster spaghetti was disappointing. Hardly any lobster as expected. The chicken parm was the biggest disappointment. Burnt too thick breading-coating, small piece of chicken, and no flavor. Had to eat the pasta. Not worth the money. Nice ambience.
Food and service was very good. We shared several appetizers for lunch. Delicious unique flavors and servicer was attentive. Would definitely go back.
The hostess with her name starting with a T was super kind ! Not sure the name Of the waitress but she was blonde and super kind as well!! We had an amazing amazing experience and will def be back.
Oscar was GREAT & very knowledgeable of the menu and took the time to explain it to us. Thank you for a great Anniversary Dinner.
Bri is one of Joey's best kept secrets. Always quick on her feet usually calling shots from a laptop off to the side immediately pouncing into action to put out fires like it's overtime. I've seen her handle the craziest situations with composure and thoughtfulness. She's bold, outspoken, and consistently on top of things. And don't get me started on her drinks, easily the best Old Fashion I've had had period.
Joey's steak and pasta pomodoro, both excellent! Our drinks were mind blowing! Rayssa was our bartender and she has great skill in making delicious drinks! Cosmopolitan, espresso martini and amaretto sour and all were amazing! Ana was our server, very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. We can't say enough great things about our dinner at Joeys.

Amazing food and service!! been 3 times to Aventura and plenty at their other locations but here they care about their customers!!
Lucie was absolutely incredible! The food was so good and the service was even better. The sushi rolls were so good! Can't wait to come back!!
We had a terrific meal at Joey Aventura. Food was delicious, seating was prompt and the service with Sarah was the best. Very attentive to what we needed and even surprised us with an Anniversary dessert...A great night..thank you!!
A really good meal overall! The aesthetic of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable. Managers on duty came by multiple times to ensure a good meal.
We went to Joey Aventura to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and included this detail as such when booking online with OpenTable. Upon our arrival, hostess Rachel warmly greeted us and offered us each a glass of sparkling wine...a nice surprise! She showed us to our table and we began reviewing the menu. Along the way we noted that the restaurant was not so busy for a Sunday night but we appreciated it not being crowded or too noisy. We love the restaurant's modern decor and the music playing in the background. Our server Anastasia greeted us shortly thereafter and started with drink and app orders. She also asked at one point if we had any special occasion and we also told her about our anniversary to which she happily replied accordingly. As it regards the menu, Joey does have comprehensive and diverse offerings for meat lovers and vegetarians alike; no shortage of choices or variety. However, it comes at a steep price! We live in Aventura and understand high prices especially in places in or near the Mall, but in this day and age of the affordability issue, charging $51 for Chilean Seabass or around $70 for an upgraded 8 oz filet mignon seems excessive, for example. Nevertheless, we enjoyed good service highlighted by some comp'ed frozen Bellinis and anniversary dessert which really added good value to our dining experience. We enjoyed the delicious food all served in a prompt manner. Bottom line: we had a terrific time at Joey Aventura which featured warm, friendly service; tasty food, and a beautiful environment.
