The most horrible experience as visitor I’ve ever had, I’ve been there many times since 2003, THINGS ARE DRAMATICALLY CHANGED IN THIS BEAUTIFUL(as it used to be) COMMUNITY! 1) Useless security the girl on the gate doesn’t know her purpose of being there. The valet people that were there that day don’t even speak English, and told me to know Spanish, the woman even told me that in America everyone must speak Spanish? really? That Spanish lady must be forgetting that she is hired to do the job for the residents that live in there and pay their bills in order for her to be there. I have feelings that the community’s management is a complete disaster! They need to change everyone in there starting from hiring another company for security and same with management and board of directors! My aunt owner of the apartment in there and they as residents so disappointed of all their settings and how things are done. ZERO STARS!
I dont know with which problem to start. With the fact that there is no parking and you cant even have guests to come to your place because there is no parking or thats neither the management or board members are any competent to run this place. I had faith but gave up. Do not under any circumstances think of investing in here. I will remove this review once everything they promised is done. This review is date lets see how long it will take them to finish the parking 2nd pool rotunda get rid of usels security. Oh yea they have extra salaries for no reason a security guard is sitting next to trash for unknown reason. President of the board personally met everyone when she needed put votes than decided to block me when i had an issue and tried to relay it to her. Managment tried to fix elevators spend hundreds of thousands and nothing works instead of trying at least one elevator and seeing the result. Old president of the board trying to get new president out how can anything get done when people are fighting. Security is clueless. Stay away till further notice!

It’s a great location & I love the clean new gym with waterfront views and of boats. The pool has been out of service for awhile which sucks when hosting family. The security is great but they are very slow with fixing the front/parking lot and 2 pools are out of service. Been living here 5 months & they defiently need to upgrade and fix things faster. I love the location though close to 2 grocery stores and restaurants.

What is up with this place?HOA IS A DISASTER!!Poor management, years and years of assessment going up, and nothing gets done!!It's a shame, a beautiful place ready to be closed by the City because cannot get things done to get certification!!They need to fire everybody and get some competent knowledge people to run it!

Horrible management they don’t bother answering your emails, they diconnect your transporters and don’t tell you, elevators are always broken parking spaces are moved to almost one block, pools don’t work horrible place to live very stressful
