Plaza Del Prado Condominium Association offers a convenient location, with nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The gym is a highlight, featuring modern equipment and waterfront views. While the pool has been out of service, the security team is effective. However, some residents have experienced delays in maintenance and repairs, including issues with the parking lot and pool. Despite these challenges, the location's proximity to amenities and scenic views make it an attractive choice.
