Was told 15 minute wait for group of two. 45 minutes later still no table. Was told we were next in line, then over the next 10 minutes two other groups of two were seated. So we left.

In my opinion the Cheesecake Factory has gone down hill. The food quality is lower. I had found hair in my salad. The service is much slower. Lastly, what I really do not like is the outdoor area for eating. Birds flying in all the time. People bring their dogs in on leashes. So unsanitary. The prices are so high and not worth the meal.

First time at a cheese cake factory, and the menu is dizzying. Lines were spectacularly long, and getting a table took 15-20 mins for two. There seemed to be empty tables they didn't fill due to lack of staff? Who knows. The hostess took us to a table without any utensils (had to take them from another table) and the table seated immediately after us had finished their food by the time our orders came. To be fair, they did order two salads, but our burger and meatloaf didn't seem complicated enough to take an hour to fulfill our order. The waiter was friendly but didn't seem to know what to suggest with the huge roster of food. The mac and cheese burger was just alright, the meatloaf was better and the side of butter corn was delicious but had pieces of the cob in it. Experience is closer to a 2.5 stars than anything.

I’m giving this location a 2.5 due to poor service, despite the food being well-presented and flavorful. I made a lunch reservation for my mother and me, and we were seated quickly. However, two guests seated after us received noticeably better service.

The waitress initially took my drink order, but everything changed after that. My drinks were delayed, my appetizer was mistakenly served to another table, and my main course took much longer to arrive. Meanwhile, the other table—who arrived after us—was served promptly and attentively. It was clear they were given full attention, while my table was overlooked.

I addressed this with the manager, but his excuse of ā€œbeing busyā€ was unacceptable. As a manager myself in the food industry, I know that seating order matters and customer service should never be compromised. Defending poor manners and service made me lose my appetite, which I told him directly.

It was also unacceptable that the manager had to check on my food, pack it himself, and handle my payment. The waitress only showed interest when it came time for the bill and signature, which I ignored. I honestly wish I had received a refund.

The meal was served at an extremely hot temperature—something that could be a safety concern, as I could have burnt my mouth. My mother’s food was inconsistent, with half of it served hot and the other half cold.

Submitting feedback through their email and survey system was useless, as they don’t seem to respond or try to address issues. Overall, the food itself was good (3.5 stars for taste and presentation), but the poor service made the experience frustrating and disappointing, which is why I’m giving a 2 overall.

Also, don’t waste your time making an online reservation—there’s no real benefit.

Add-on: Customer service will likely reply to your review asking you to email them, but they never answer, and it feels like it’s only for show.

20 minutes to get a waiter after being seated, 30 minutes to get bread, 40 minutes to get water, no refills, and this was the case for the 4-5 tables nearest to us. There was no discount or apology. It was just bad. They ought to take responsibility for the terrible service -- especially when it's $28 for shrimp scampi.

Ordered the burger from the hh menu. The burger was extremely salty. I didn't finish it. Fries were great though and the wheat bread. And it just sends like its extremely loud.

4 stars for Cheesecake Factory at Aventura Mall. The food was good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing—the waiter had strange behavior, made inappropriate comments, and brought the wrong check, trying to overcharge me with a bill from another table. It’s a shame, because the place and the food are worth it.

At the Aventura location we were treated super well, it was late but we still ate very well and the friendliness is outstanding, not so at the Sawgras location. We arrived at 8:25 pm and asked for water to take as a remedy and it was brought to me at 9:16 pm along with the drinks. At 10:10 pm we asked if something was wrong with our food since they didn't even bring us bread. A few minutes later the food arrived, two cold hamburgers and a cold steak with mashed potatoes. I was the only one who asked for my food to be heated up and after 22 minutes it arrived exactly the same as it had been brought... I returned the food and someone approached me to apologize and to say that the kitchen had closed but that they would buy me a portion of cheesecake. I accepted despite being very angry about having been there for almost 3 hours and not having eaten. The service from the waiter was lamentable!!!

Terrible unprofessional service. Unfriendly and inattentive staff. We were calling the waiter or any assistance 4 times while were waiting 20 minutes to place the order. We’ll never this place again or recommend to somebody else.
Eventually the manager hadn’t come to solve the issue.
Special thanks to the waiter Alex for helping us with the order and correcting the irresponsibility of the staff and the apathy of the management.

Typically love it here, last visit was terrible sat at the bar, great service until two guys that sat beside us got all the attention from the staff. They literally were sucked in by them therefore didn’t care about anybody else at the bar.
Waited for 1/2 an hr for another beer, not one person asked how the meals were, some things were missing from the plates, dips and baguettes etc. told the staff while paying they didn't care. Not good. It was not very busy. No excuses even though the male bartender said it’s just busy.
