Bonefish Grill

Outstanding food and service! We had an amazing dining experience at Bonefish Grill during our visit to Florida. The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked — every bite was delicious. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a must-try, and the cocktails were on point. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale, making it perfect for a nice night out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great seafood and top-notch service!

They changed the menu, feels a little limited and pricey. We won't be frequenting like we had been.

I've never been there 😕

My first time ever at Viera BFG. A late Mother’s Day dinner with my Son and 10 yr old Granddaughter. I was absolutely amazed and Excited by the atmosphere . I did not expect white linen tablecloths or Servers in their white attire. Our Server, Jessica was very knowledgeable of the menu and the food preparation and very respectful. I really felt ever so important and loved even more. The meal, awesome to the end. But, the memories with those you love closest to you can never be replaced or cherished as much as I cherish my Son and Granddaughter.
I think I’m going to request a repeat for my 65th birthday coming on August 5, 2025 with an additional member. That being of my oldest granddaughter. So Having both granddaughters and my son what more could I ask for at Bonefish Grill.

We just left Bonefish for our families Christmas dinner. We have been coming here every christmas eve for years it's our tradition and it's been wonderful every time except for this year. It was horrible. It wasn't even busy this year. Lots of empty tables. We arrived on time for our reservation and the table was ready and waiting at the appropriate time most likely because it wasn't busy. They sat us in the section of booths with the divider walls and the booth was dirty and hasn't been dusted in years there are cob webs all over the wine bottles. The wait staff was the best part of the evening they were super friendly and were excellent. My complaint is the food it was horrible!!! And all the years coming here we have never had bad food. I don't who is cooking but they shouldn't be. You could say they were rushed in the kitchen but it wasn't busy at all. My son had the Florida lobster tail that was so over cooked that I could have eaten my shoe easier. I had the filet thermador I ordered it medium rare. It came out and was the smallest over cooked piece of filet I have ever seen and everything on my plate was cold. The manager came out to apologize but he was just going through the motions he didn't care. I haven't been here in a year and like I said every other year it was perfect except this year. I don't know what they have going on here werher it's a new Manager or new Kitchen staff or someone called in sick but they need to get it together. We sent our meals back and now have to find an open McDonald's cuz it will be better than the stuff they tried to give us tonight. The server was great and was not at fault. So I paid for our drinks and we left. We won't be going back next year and we are hoping to find something else open so we can eat Christmas Eve dinner. Not mad just very disappointed !!

Can’t get much better chain-restaurant meal in Viera than Bonefish. Staff always very pleasant and food is very consistent. I haven’t had everything on the menu but as for recommendations, I would always recommend bang bang shrimp (pretty sure this is their number 1 selling item) and tell you to stay away from the calamari (small, dry, chewy). Again, very consistent food with a great service staff. In addition, we take our 3 year old here and they are always very accommodating and friendly with her. They have kid friendly options and crayons for them to draw on the table. I would also suggest parking by the movie theater and walking a very short distance. The lot right in front of the restaurant can get busy.

Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with non-seafood items and they are always very pleasant/kind. There’s crayons and the table cloth is paper so they can draw right on it.

Normally I'm very happy with Bonefish but I have to say that tonight was an awful experience. Ordered curbside takeout and received an email specifying the time to pick up. I ended up waiting outside twenty minutes and when I finally called for status I got an attitude from the hostess about not calling when I got there when I asked her to actually check where the order was when she initially just told me it'd be brought out when it was ready. I informed her that neither the text or the email I received said anything about me calling when I got there. I think the sign on the two pickup order parking spots may ask you to call but those spots were already taken and I couldn't see the sign. If that's a requirement for curbside pickup then Bonefish needs to put that in their messaging to the customer (like Outback, Texas Road House, and Chillis seem to be able to do). Especially if they're only going to have two spots for curbside pickup. Then when I finally get home with the food I find that my son's $10 popcorn chicken is about 3.5 dried out chicken chunks about half the size of my pinky. After charging a premium for these dishes the food received should be a premium as well. My son was very disappointed and told me I should have just gotten him Mc Donalds. We were all pretty disappointed.

The food is always great here & happy hour lasts till 6.30 nightly!
However, you'll face a long wait for a table during peak hours. It's holidays time and they've already started with Halloween! Make sure you make reservations for a table. Kim was our server and was AMAZING!
