The food was delicious! I had the stacked chicken, two chicken breasts topped with onions, mushrooms, bacon and cheese with a side of sweet potato fries. The atmosphere was ok. It was clean, just doesn't look like a normal restaurant. They must have been short staffed as service was a good but a little slow. Overall, would recommend.

I have eaten here several times now. Food is good but count on waiting for it.My beef today would be the fish and chips because they do not accept substitutions and only thing is to get an extra at $4.25. Now I don't mind paying a bit more but that is to much for a fish sandwich, in my opinion. The sandwich alone is $12.99 if you do not eat the chips. You add the $12.99 and $4.25, for a fish sandwich and a side, (unless you eat the chips).

Came in before 12. At 1:15, food still not served. Watched 4 tables come in after us order and be served while the four of us sat with nothing. Asked the lady up front what was going on and was impolitely told everyone else must have ordered food that comes out faster. 2 BLTs, a salad, and 8 wings was our order. None of those things is more than a 15 minute prep, if that. Not an hour. When the food came, wings were barely room temperature. One BLT ordered with crispy bacon came with bacon that was barely cooked. Food obviously been sitting. The service here is always slow, but this time it was ridiculous. As much as we like the food, we've decided we won't be coming back. The combination of being forgotten, slow service and catching an attitude when we asked was just too much. We always support local and rarely eat chains. Unfortunately 3 Gens won't be on our list of places to go moving forward. I've been in the industry 30+ years and understand that sometimes things just go wrong. At that point you apologize, kiss some butt and make it right, not look at the customer like they're an idiot.

Not a well run reataurant. Waitress did not check the food when it came out. Sent back to kitchen, looked like they rinsed the sauce off and then corrected it. Sandwich was wrong and service was poor. NO A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

15 minutes to get a seat when there were 5 tables needing cleared. Another 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. Did not say anything. Just flipped through her pad. It's been 30 minutes since we ordered and still no breakfast. There are 3 tables full of people that got here before us that are still waitingNever again

Extremely poor service. Took an hour to get our order. Had breakfast , served cold bacon and sausage! Burnt pancakes!! Everything was so bad didn’t eat most of it!!

Food was better the first time, this time chips were burnt and hamburger over done. Server was very nice but kitchen was slow. Will try them again soon.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and tables are spaced nicely so it is easy to get around.

it's a five star if not more restaurant to me and our family members. The food is always good no matter what you order. The waiter staff is very friendly too. You have to wait because everything is made fresh and believe me it's worth it.
