We had dinner here for the first time last night, and both the food and service were excellent.

Ronda is the reason i go there
There is no other bartender that makes the dinner so worth while I am not related

I called to order pick up... and the realized we would not be able to pick it up until after the restaurant closes....keep in mind we are from Miami... where restaurants don't close until 11pm. Anyway, I called literally 10 minutes later to let the restaurant know that I needed to cancel because we would not be there before they close, and boy did I get an ear full... the lady told me that I needed to speak to a manager... she then "whispered" ..... " they need to cancel, and I'm not dealing with it"... so the manager gets on the phone and rudely says to me... "it's an $86 check".. I explained to her that we are driving and are near the Orlando area at this point but won't make it before closing time... she yells into the phone .. "it's 8:30 and we close at 9".. I asked her for her name so I can address her properly and she says.. " Janelle, you want me to spell it for you"... I laugh because at this point, I'm insulated... I explained to her that I was simply giving the restaurant the courtesy of calling and calling instead of just not going to pick up my order. She huffs and puffs like a dragon and tells me she need my name, phone number and address... I ask for what.. I have never given so much information just to simply cancel and order... she tells me because my food is already made.. I laugh and say.. "you're telling me that my whole order which consists of pasta, fried foods and flat breads is completed and I only ordered 10 mins ago" ... she yells at me and tells me that it was already started and she needs my information.... I give her my name... she asked if my number was correct and then she hangs up on me. This sucks because the restaurant looked good.. and I really wanted to try the food... but I don't care if I was spending $1 or $1,000... customer service is key.. you have to respect your customers.. a simple " oh no, I'm sorry to hear you can't dine with us tonight, but hopefully you can soon.. have a good night, ma'am " would have went a long way.. instead Janelle left a sour taste and even though we are now staying 4 minutes away from this restaurant for the next few days... I won't be dining or visiting the golf course. I hope this review reaches the owner or upper management and wells as helps someone who may be thinking of dining here soon. Just be kind.

A very nice restaurant for a golf course eatery. Reasonable prices, clean, good quantity and service. Can't ask for much more
