I Ordered a hot white mocha , the lady confirmed it was hot. When i got to the window she was getting ready to hand me a iced one. I told her I thought I ordered hot. She Yells at the guy in the back to dump it and get a new one. I don't even know if they dumped it or just got rid of the ice and reheated it because when I got it it was so hot Its been 20 minuets later and Its still not drinkable temperature yet. Overall just not good customer service at all.

When I say my car knows the way to scooters- it knows. We never not go to scooters. It’s just too good. The people there are absolutely lovely and the food is just amazing.

Atypically, I was going to be in the area and the night before I scoped out a quick coffee stop before my appointment time. I had never heard of Scooters’s but it got my attention due to the good reviews and the drive thru option. I arrived with time to spare, so that meant coffee and Scooter’s, as it seemed the best bet for my location and time window.
I ordered the iced mocha and bacon Gouda egg bites. I’ve been thinking about my iced mocha all day! It was fantastic and likely the best I’ve had since my local coffee truck lady closed down several years ago. The egg bites were also good (far better than two national chains), but the coffee has my attention and taste buds. I’m now contemplating if I can find an excuse to travel so far just for another.

Just want to say it’s not often I leave reviews but I just want to express my gratitude towards scooters! I will by pass and drive out of my way even if a Dunkin or Starbucks is closer. I wish I knew the two gentleman’s name who run the window. Both young. I’m greeted with warmth and kindness and they are genuinely happy and take pride in there Job which is rare. I looked for a name tag but I did not see it or I would most definitely shot them out! These 2 employees always go the extra mile. Awesome job scooters!!! Can’t wait to see the menu expand food wise. Mex time o come through I’m bringing them a little something! Thank you for your warm smiles and kindness! Customer for life!
