Ian was super sweet! So kind, helpful, respectful, thoughtful, polite, a true gentleman. He deserves a raise and a reward! He was smiling and happy and just a nice young man. He offered us a permanent marker to mark our name on our subs, while he also tagged what they were. He took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted, he repeated every ingredient out loud to replay it back, and he said yes ma’am and yes sir….. I’m 32 and I was here on vacation from Alabama with my kids. If he was my employee, I would never let him go. What a breath of fresh air! Whoever raised him did a fantastic job! All young single ladies— that’s what you want in a husband. The rest of this generation is lacking in the social skills and hardworking spirit that Ian has.

They hire people to literally sit down and not do anything yet won’t hire all the people that actually want to work. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:30 I sat here waiting until 3:49 when I got mad and walked out. Absolutely horrible work ethic especially the heavy set lady sitting down talking loudly and not doing her job. This place needs to hire all new people and fire the workers they currently have that don’t want to work

So I came with my family today to eat Lunch and there was a Cuban lady with red hair attending us and was good I asked for 3 sandwiches but as soon a person came to order only one sandwich she pushed my sandwiches to side and told the other Spanish lady to finish my order and jump over my sandwiches to complete the other lady's am telling my husband what she did and she was so rude in front of customers and told me I had 3 sandwiches and she had one. I explained to her that should not matter since we got there first .she was rude and unprofessional she is short and has red hair. Don't know her name .

I went a few days ago and the person who was going to charge me seemed confused and looked for help from another employee who was in the kitchen who told me a price that surprised me for something I had already bought there before when I told her to give me only one of the two orders she was rude it was then when I told her that I would hurt another subway and she started yelling at me that if I didn't have money to pay it was not her problem and she was not going to give me the food something I never asked her to do it when I asked her not to disrespect me by yelling that at me when I had the money to pay (I had it in my hand) she continued yelling from the counter and that was when I could not stand her disrespect anymore and I left if you want to be yelled at and disrespected come to this subway never in my life had they disrespected me like that they should definitely train their staff

It's Subway, they do what they do very well. The $5 foot long is ling gone, but, so are a lot of things. Stuff your pie hole, Keep Happy Simple and Be Kind.
Our subway in springlake is awesome this one at Walmart not so much. Our hot sandwich is cold and other than the spicy sauce, not much flavor. Service was good, food was terrible. Very disappointed.

This subway is disgusting. They had flies all over the food. The guy there even swatted them while making sandwiches. He was a useless person too,unable to multitask apparently. He was making sandwiches for mobil orders and i was standing there for 5 min and he didn’t even greet or acknowledge me at all. A little “hi ill be with you soon” is not hard to verbalize. I will never spend a cent on this garbage establishment
