The food service and drinks were amazing. The only negative was the furniture and area by the pool had scuffs and marks and looked frankly like a 2 star hotel not the level of the St Regis you would expect. We were very surprised by this but if you didn't look at the parts that needed refurbishing it is a lovely lunch spot.
This was our first time eating here and we loved every minute of it and every bite of food 😊. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. We definitely will be back here soon!
Remarkably good experience. Excellent food with a 5 star presentation and preparation . Incredibly attentive staff service from the front entrance to the servers and management. My brother uses a walker and management brought in a special chair for him to sit in. I highly recommend this restaurant at the Bal Harbour St Regis.
