I stayed here back in 2011 with my best friend who passed away Christmas day that year. We came all the way down from Delaware with 16,000 in cash to buy a car and drive back home. The car didn't work out so we ended up staying three weeks in South Florida. We originally stayed at the Tropic Cay Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. It no longer exists it was the last small hotel on the strip and it was only like $70 a night. We rented mopeds and rode down to Miami on one of the highways...
Lazaro always makes us feel like family as soon as we arrive on the beach! We spent my mothers birthday here and Lazaro and Cecilia went out of their way to make her day special by bringing her beautiful red roses. They are incredible assets to the Ritz Carlton!
The beach accommodations were phenomenal at the Ritz! Dennis set us up with several umbrellas, chairs, covers, and towels. Gorgeous setting and impeccable service! We had a great time relaxing and there was everything we could ever need here.
