I was there right before closing time the young lady in drive-thru was very nice took the time as they were closing very polite I wish we could find more people like that and driving everyday definitely a place I'll go back to I'll go out of my way to get the respect they give I believe that young lady needs a raise and higher more people like her I usually don't write reviews but something had to be said for her good ways

My wife and I visited, only 1 other customer in the restaurant. I ordered a basic roast beef sandwich and the new brisket sandwich with no pickles. When I got my food and sat down to eat I started with the brisket sandwich. I added the BBQ sauce (you do that yourself) and tried it, but it seemed no different than a plain roast beef sandwich. Oh well, on to the actual roast beef sandwich. Surprise, in the roast beef sandwich wrapper was the brisket sandwich (WITH PICKLES, I specifically asked for no pickles, and it's on the receipt). The first sandwich was the roast beef sandwich in the brisket wrapper. And since I'd already used the BBQ sauce on the other sandwich which was incorrectly packaged, I went ahead and used the Arby's sauce that was intended for the roast beef on the brisket. I ended up having to remove the meat from the bun because it tasted like pickle juice. Ugh. Why didn't I go complain and have them remake the sandwich? No way, that's all I'm going to say. The brisket actually wasn't bad, it might've been a decent sandwich if made correctly and I could've enjoyed it. Not to be unkind but I just don't see what's so difficult about making a sandwich with no pickles and correctly packaging or marking it. Especially when paying almost $40 for 3 sandwiches and a side of Mac).

OMG ever since I learned there's an Arby's at exit 44 on i-4 I can't pass that exit I have to stop. Today I wanted a milkshake 😋 so much so I googled does the Arby's at exit 44 on i-4 have milkshakes so happy when Google said yes they do 😂 large roast beef sandwich large chocolate milkshake medium curly fry one Cherry turnover and one apple turnover yummy

I’ve ordered the French Dip sandwich from Arby’s three times through the app and every time the au jus was missing. I went through the drive thru a couple days ago and it was still missing. When I pulled back around for it, the manager said that au jus wasn't included unless selected since they didn't know if the customer wanted it or not. However, the app doesn't offer an option to add au jus, and it clearly states that au jus comes with the French Dip. Their response was to ask for it in the notes but again their app doesn't have that. When I did finally get mine they barely put any au jus in it. I only go to Arby's if I'm in the mood for a French dip.

not only did my sandwich suck, we waited around front for 10 minutes for it, the store was not busy, staff was extremely rude, when the person brought out our food from the store she had one arm in her shirt and wearing a large hair cap, shower cap, and we said thank you anyway, and she rolled her eyes and walked away with so much attitude for no reason. Used to be a good place...
Awesome service at 11:19 pm ! And my piled high 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich was instantly devoured! My fries were hot full filling!

Been stopping at this Arbys now for the past three to four mos on my driving route(box truck) only parking avaiable if other choices with parking would not be this one. Never fails either my meal is cold or my fries are cold. Always out of napkins again never fails. When ask employee the attitude is like "why are you bothering me" Wish I had another choice in lunch spots. Beteeen 1-2 in the afternoon. Over 12 bucks for a quick lunch overrated for an Arbys. Just my opinion. Just not friendly.

Absolutely worse Arby's. Got the Hawaii fish combo and it was flat and cold. Mybcurly fries were small sharp burnt bits. The mushy tomatoe was half the sandwich.

Ordered my food went to drive through and gave the lady a 50.00 bill she took it and gave back to me said I needed smaller bills!!!! This is supposed be be a restaurant how can you not take a 50 dollar bill???!!!!! I then took my money back this was at 1:40 in the afternoon!!! I then went to Taco Bell and ordered food they took the 50 dollar bill I will never go to that arbys again
