There are a few tables to sit. Ordering was pretty quick but the drive thru was busy and took about 30 minutes to get our meals.
Bro I was dying for a good fr fresh sweet tea so my husband stops at Arby's to get me a sweet tea and some mozzarella sticks and I go to chugging my tea only to realize that it's completely unsweetened there is not a single touch of sugar in it it was a major letdown quite a bummer! And there's nothing else around this area that has good sweet tea so I was really let down and the service there for the most is not very good.... Food is as always... Just meh is what it is all the same crap fried .. boring junk my husband did absolutely love the pumpkin pie turnover which was shocking because my husband is not one to try things like that and especially not rave about how good it is he got me one also I haven't tried mine yet but I am in love with the apple turovers so I'm hoping that this one will be good🤞 I am however still very let down by the t ea however completely unsweetened it did have a very nice taste it was fresh very clean tasting

On lunch for work and took them over 20 minutes to get me one meal. Had to eat on the clock and my chicken wasn’t even cooked.

Slowest restaurant ever, the employees live at a snails pace. Takes 15-20 minutes to get our food and they were not even busy. They had 1 person in line ahead of me. Staff isn’t friendly and welcoming.

This Arby’s is at a pilot truck stop you would think that why would be open and ready for customers . I’ve been here for the last 4 days and they’re never ready . But have plenty of time to stand by the dumpster and smoke

This location is nothing but a truckstop, I ordered a beef and cheddar and got a plain beef sandwich. Wife ordered chicken tenders and they were very dry like they had been under the heat lamp for a while. 2 of the sauce dispensors were empty and the ice machine was empty. When I informed the staff about it, the manager stated "o well there's nothing I can do about it. "
