The only reason there's 1 star, is because there's not a Zero star option. We were the only order at the time. With two roast beef sandwich meals, 1/2lb and classic. We received 2 Beef and Cheddars and no drinks. Those weren't even on the receipt she was supposedly reading as she bagged the food. This was after waiting for well over 10 minutes for our food. 100% will not be back! Total waste of time and money. We couldn't even return it because when we got home, they were already closed.

This is the third time I've tried to get this Arby's because it's the closest to my house and they can never get my order right. I'm not wasting gas to go back up to the store to get my order fixed because of course I didn't check it until I got home. My mistake. Tired of wasting money here. So just take my advice, you're better off going literally anywhere else.

Trying to order something here is a joke! Everything you say, they don’t have. Geez. Chicken biscuit no, they don’t have chicken. I would like potato cakes with my meal we don’t have potato cakes. I would like a buffalo chicken slider, we don’t have chicken strips. This place is a joke.

Patricia was truly a pleasure to be served by. She was extremely kind and supportive when redeeming a coupon. The food was hot and made with love. You would never expect an experience like this at an Arby’s in a gas station but I would go there regularly if I lived near or drive by frequently. This location has a drive through.
