We stopped here on the way to Tampa and ordered few burgers and kids meal. Have to say I was very impressed with the employee lady - she was very friendly and helpful, spent time explaining the menu and even offering to try so it's easier for us to choose. I rarely see such a great customer service. The food was ready fast and we took it to go. Everything was fresh and as ordered. I would give 3.5 stars because my fish burger was not the tastiest I have had (but it's the first time I'm eating at Arby's so maybe it's the standard?) It was little too dry and strange tasting. And my husband also didn't like his Greek Gyro burger, he said it was little tasteless and the sauce was not yummy. So we will not eat at Arby's again, however - the customer service here was excellent!!

Wife is gluten sensitive, Arby's lady went so far as put on new gloves to avoid any gluten problems. Imagine that! This place is very clean & modern. Plenty of food offerings, including high test caffeine drink/

We ordered our food and sat for 30 mins watching people order, eat and leave. We finally asked and they said they lost our order. Asked for a refund and that took 5 more minutes. Worst Arby's we have ever experienced. Never again!

I wanted to purchase fish, they had big photo advertising fish dinner on the window, when I ordered it, they said they did not have any fish and probably took the sign down. Very frustrating.

I just ordered crinkle fries and usually they are the bomb but tonight they taste 3 days old. I called them and the problem was fixed but I had to drive back. I thank you guys for fixing it. ?

This Arby's is way to slow.. nobody in line behind me and adk me to move to a parking spot that I waited over 25 min for my food and it still came out wrong...so now I had to go back through to let them know my order wasn't right. That's ridiculous for fast food service qith no line. Need new management apparently.....will never have a good business with it being ran that way
