Our group of 8 were just in tonight. Cold fries in two of the baskets. Our mom had a very dry chicken sandwich that she couldn’t chew. And spoiled coleslaw with a wing basket that even our waitress said smelled really bad. She was super nice and even apologized for the bad experience.

Just picked up an order of 20 wings. They were so overcooked or recooked that the chicken meat was dry and even crunchy. Most horrible wings I have ever had. Probably recooked.Yuck!

This is supposed to be a wing basket with DOUBLE curly fries, but they barely gave me half an order. Where are the rest of my fries? I get that you get less when ordering to-go, but this is ridiculous.

Haven’t been to Beefs in a while. Wasn’t too bad. Food was average and service was ok. Had the good Ole Bartow Vibe I remember. Overall, if you want a decent menu selection it’s not a bad choice.

My son and I visited on a Friday afternoon while waiting for a family member to be released from the hospital. We planned to spend a fair amount of time here to avoid waiting in the E.R. Nope! These guys were FAST & EFFECIENT! That's not a bad thing. It was even the start time for a different cook. The server was great, the food was great, but we just wanted to sit in a different environment from an E.R. for a bit longer. Would Recommend!

I was served old fried chicken in my salad at this location. It was dry, gray and not even warm when it was brought out. When I made the waitress aware she did offer to have it remade, but by that time my husband had already finished his food.
As consolation, she deducted a whole $1.35 from our bill. I was unable to eat my meal and was still charged for it most of it.
This is the third time we have given this location a chance, and every time something has been wrong, whether is was the food quality or service. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

My family I had the pleasure of being served by Candace during my recent visit, and I can’t say enough about how delightful the experience was. From the moment she arrived, we were greeted with a warm, genuine smile that set the tone for the entire meal. Not only was she attentive and professional, but her charming personality truly made the evening special.

Candace had an impressive knowledge of the menu and offered great recommendations, making us feel like we were in expert hands. The timing of the service was perfect—everything arrived at just the right moment, and any requests we made were handled with ease and a sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who can be both efficient and genuinely personable, but she nailed it.

We left the restaurant not only satisfied with the meal but also uplifted by the wonderful service. It’s clear that she takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience, and I can’t wait to return.
