Wellllll hellllooooooooo home town diner! Great food, yummy biscuits and the decor is quite interesting. Sort of Greek to me Let's just say get here before the church folks or you'll be waiting... but worth the wait!

Chicken salad crossiant with fruit was amazing. They allowed us to bring a birthday cake in. My husband says, best Reuben he ever had.
The owner doesn't care about his quality productsOrdered French toast and it came out with one piece covered in cinnamon that was like eating a spoon full of cinnamon straight from the bottle. The sad part was when I was taking with him he said the cook didn't stir up the new batch of mixture . Then went on to tell me he knew about what happen and tried to scrape off the extra cinnamon and he let them cook it and serve it that way .Not a good way for a owner to let his good get out of the kitchen. He also cited he sent it out that way due to costs.Well it cost him more than a slice of bread because he ended up taking the whole meal off the billVERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL on the OWNERS PART

The staff is great the food is very good and a lot of variety. They could use the trash can out front. But that would be about the only thing I could say that they have an already thought of.

I stopped in for breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak, eggs, home fries and grits. The chicken fried steak was smothered in sausage gravy and it was great. I had a full bowl of grits and they were perfect. The food was great and plenty of it. No small portions here. I loved the man-sized coffee cup. When I took a sip of my coffee I actually felt like I was holding something and I didn't need to keep asking for a refill! I recommend this place for breakfast.
