Lack of service at drive through. Placed order at speaker, did not get any feed back ie: no repeat of order, no order total, at pickup window told to wait while 3 employees talked to each other while windowwas open. After several minutes of this II drove off.

I went in through the drive through to order a few things and was rudely rushed and wasn’t even able to order everything I had wanted , nor did they even ask what sauce I wanted or anything .We eventually paid and got sent to park out front where we waited with a parking lot literally FULL of other people waiting for their orders as well . Theres 6 cars total that were pulled up and we were all complaining on how we were there waiting for over 10 minutes . Eventually this extremely high kid comes out and asks if we had an 8 piece nugget without reading the rest of the order and just handed us the wrong order and left inside . At this point we get fed up of waiting so us and a couple other customers go in . We asked for a refund and then manager rudely read us another wrong order once again . They got really upset that they were apparently making the food for this other order and that we asked for a refund . The manager continued to be rude and ignorant like the rest of them . Definitely the worst “fast” food place in Bartow . I don’t know who the store manager is but your crew needs some retraining or drug tests or something .

Rude and they will make you sit in parking lot and wait for your food for 20 minutes even though you went to drive through . I ordered one meal and had to repeat myself 4 times and they still got it wrong!

This location has truly fallen below standards, the last two times I’ve been there the manager seem to truly hate her job and have an attitude with someone else ( me and my grandmother) cuss her out under her breathe thinking we couldn’t hear her and then when I bring up the fact that she got a simple order wrong ( a chicken sandwhich with no mayo ) and when brought to her attention she says “ I’m not going back to change it “ what type of customer service is that? If you hate your job or yourself then go find a job that’s meaningful to you and that you’ll take pride in . Simple as that, I won’t be coming back here again & it was truly the sorriest experience I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant .
