Good food, terrible customer service. I tried to go a few different time s because i attempted to equate the poor service to them having a bad day or something. But its ALL THE TIME. If you want to try it, order to go so you don't have to deal with the associates or their attitudes.

The food was ok but the service was terribleMy husband had the all you can eat crab legs and asked for a shell cracker they had none so the waitress turned around to the table behind her and asked if they were using there's they said no so she proceeded to place them on my husbands plate.

I kept seeing poor reviews about the service here but my husband wanted to try it anyway. I called due to the pandemic to verify their hours for the day. I was told they closed at 8. It was 6:30 when I called. I arrived at 7 to a woman closing up and telling me they were closed.

The raved reviews led us there. A little taken back by the lack of service but the food was awesome. The hamburger in the kids meal was at least 3/4 #. Shrimp and wings combo was excellent. Fish was great even though it didn't taste like what it was advertised to be. It took the chef ( Victor?) coming out from the kitchen to actually place our order. The lady was nice but very slow. As if that wasn't enough we were told there were different prices (not posted) for dine in drinks versus take out. ( Dine in was more expensive due to refills) The quality of the food made up for the rocky start and the chef went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Kudos, Victor!
