My apologies. I made an earlier post that wasn't in the best of light. It wasn't this Checkers, it was the one on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland. I've never eaten at Checkers in Bartow before. I've only been a passenger in a vehicle. I'm sure that's how the confusion happened. My daughter and grandson were visiting from Virginia and they love this particular Checkers. Again I apologize for the not so good review.

This is a privately owned checkers that does not honor any rewards systems. They do not even have a scanner to read the QR code on the back of the receipts for rewards you earn for any purchases

Just fed a family of five for $22 w/tax. We just ordered their $4 deal of a sm drink, sm fry, apple pie, and choice of double cheeseburger (patties were really dry not fresh)or spicy chicken sandwich.
The girl that took my money .. with them long red braids .. she has no customer service.. didn't say thank you have a good day. She just gave back the card and went on her phone closed the window.

Giving two stars Only cause the service was great. The older lady at the window was as sweet as she can be but the food INEDIBLE. got a crispy fish sandwich and it was like a rubber band. Everything besides the fries was well over cooked. We will have to cook dinner cause we don't live close to this Bartow location.
