If I could give ZERO stars I would! First off there’s no kids menu anymore, dumb. Second I ordered food for home and was missing two sandwiches….i called the store and they wanted me to drive all the way back with the bag of food that my children were already eating to see…I said my kids are already eating and then a man took the phone asked what I was driving said some of the order I got, which the vehicle and my order he said were wrong….he said people like free food, said he personally bagged the food and it was in there and HUNG UP ON ME! I could not believe it! If I go back up there for the food I PAID FOR AND DIDNT RECEIVE, it will cost me more for bail! 0/5 starts, terrible, trashy. Do better!!!!!!

The workers at this location are awful and rude. They will give you random food items you don’t order and pay for then the items you pay for they won’t give to you. Also the team member (younger woman) taking orders and handing food out the window was extremely rude. First they had me waiting for 5 minutes for cheese sticks I never ordered or paid for then she wouldn’t give me my drink I ordered and was rude when I mentioned she had forgotten to give me my drink and had slammed the drive thru window in my face. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

My husband loved his burger and even my 7yo said the burger she got was delicious. She is more picky so that was a pretty big deal.Our nephew liked his food and we all liked the fries. The lady at the window (we went through the drive thru) was very nice and my husband got the wrong burger so he parked and went in and said they helped him and got him the right order quickly. So the service was good and everyone liked the food we got. Not much else to report!

Ordered a Big Buford Combo and received this ridiculous excuse for a sandwich. The sandwich given was missing the lettuce,tomato, and onion and the Fry's were soggy with grease. When we showed the manager she said it looked fine. The managers and staff at this location are rude and act like your bothering them. If you don't want to work somewhere then don't. Don't take your misery out on the customers since we are the only reason you have a job. This place is honestly the worst fast food chain in Bartow and I'm not sure how they are open. As far as the excellent ratings they get Im sure it's the staff members putting them on Google since this isn't the first time all this has happened. Everytime I come here it's the same nonsense. So if your in Bartow eat at another place there's plenty right across the street and within a mile of this location
