I am a big Chick Fil A fan, but I hate to say the Bartow location takes the award for the slowest drive-thru experience of all Chick Fil A locations I've used. I was in the drive-thru line for more than 15 minutes, more than half of that was sitting in one spot. By the time I got my food, it was cold.
I trust improvements are forthcoming or at least I hope so.

Make sure to check your receipt and check your bag to make sure your order is correct so you don’t get home and find out you have the wrong sandwich. Don’t just trust that they are gonna get it right, ….too late to go back and waste my gas and time.

If I could give a -0 review I would, I came into the Chick-fil-A franchise to pick up my order and upon using the restroom there was a group of softball teenage girls screaming at the top of their lungs and recording each other using the facilities. I informed a Chick-fil-A employee and manager, and no one seem to do anything about it highly disappointed.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and drink. Everything tasted delicious-- chicken was tender & juicy, lettuce, tomato & onion toppings were fresh and waffle fries were cooked just right, non-greasy. Also had a brownie. Servers friendly. Inside really clean. This Bartow location is one of the best fast food restaurants.

I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Bartow and had another excellent experience! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and, as always, was never disappointed with the quality. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wait time was reasonable.
It was not too long at all. I really appreciate the nice, welcoming atmosphere at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. This Bartow location consistently delivers great service and food quality. Highly recommend!
