Came in vs drive thru to exchange bookWe come every thursday it seemed like i got an eye roll to exchange a book.It was exchangedAny ways for my new order i had just paid for there was no new book nor did i get my drink..the male running orders said ok...here im thinking he was going to make it. All while the lead at the ice machine hears and does nothing and proceeds to clean ice area with a napkin...im sure with all of the momey chikfila makes thwy have $$ for cleaning towels.A third person overhears that i am still waiting and then goes n gets the drink and double chexks the reciept as if im trying to get a free drinkI spend 100 a month here and i just feel like the service is poorThe menu isnt consistent with other chikfila a spicy sandwhich is usually a #2 not a #6 like at this locationNOT ONE PERSON SAID MY PLEASURE...i was shocked because it was something that i have lived about chikfila as they and hilton always say that..any ways long story short i still ended uo with 2 if the same books...looks like ill just go to another restaurantToo many mistakes and i shouldnt have to wait 15min for a carry out order

This review is for the Chic- Filet in - Bartow Florida:The chicken doesn't taste like the typical Chic Filet; it tastes like someone put sugar in the recipe-quite disgusting, and it was fried too hard. I was most disappointed; however,the fries were standard Chic Filet Good.

Chick-Fil-A always comes through for us. This location is well designed and staff was friendly, but not as quick as the S Florida location.

Like most chick- fil-a restaurants food and service are the best. They really have this down to a tee. I have been to several places all over and they just know what they are doing. This restaurant is no exception. Friendly staff and hot food served quickly. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by.
