This location is run by a bunch of kids, the food trays are messy, I asked for sour cream and she scooped out chunks of meat and residue from other food with it, completely ruined the meal it was disgusting. Waited all that time for food, and the staff didn’t gaf

Freaking horrible experience the counter was so dirty employees were rude. Nobody bothered to clean up smashed food by the checkout. They were out of chicken at 7 o’clock at night. Nobody looks like they wanna work and everybody’s focused on getting online orders out instead of people that are in the store. Every single table was dirty Management really needs to take a look at the store because not a single employee that was working Friday night. Looked like they want to be there. I shouldn’t have to drive to a different chipotle to receive better service.

What you can order online is much more expansive than in person. Straight up would not make quesadillas for us unless we order online. Wasn't going to do that after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

i wish i could put a 0 star. every once awhile ill go to chipotle and it’s also when i get off work so its a little bit later and there’s is one girl she’s brown skin,medium sized girl who always has an attitude every time we walk in and i get that it’s late and everyone wants to go home but still no one deserves to be getting an attitude from someone when they just walked in. also i arrived at chipotle at 10:57 and yes ik they was about to close and i hate to be that person but i was really hungry and the doors were locked, yall not even closed yet i don’t get why yall prevented me to get food and on top of that the workers in side were laughing at us trying to open the door that was just very rude when i go to chipotle during the day time its WAYYYY better then at night.

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. First time checking this place out with my kiddos. The first girl who helped us was very nice and professional, the second girl on the Frontline had made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Not only were we treated differently than those ahead of us and even behind us, she treated the first girl poorly the entire time we were in the building- definitely showed animosity towards the girl. She also was chewing gum while putting sides on our burritos. Its unfortunate that we experienced this and treated as though we were a bother and beneath her. Customers beware 0/0 would not recommend this place!

The manager was terrible, she was terrible and rude. My food set ready for over 10 minutes will we were waiting for it.. I will definitely make it a point to go to the farther location. I won’t be back to this location. All the drinks were empty, and the place is a mess.. Very disappointing

If I could give this review 0 stars I would! The Manager is very rude & very unprofessional. I stood there and watched Her be rude to customers as I was standing in line. It explains why they have so many bad reviews. I couldn’t spend my hard earned working money to be talked to like a child and get a sloppy bowl. I decided to leave without purchasing anything and I won’t be going back.

Why do the employees ALWAYS give me an attitude when I ask for a vinaigrette??? Does the vinaigrette come out there paychecks ? Were they saving it for themselves for when they got off work? Does their legs hurt walking two feet to grab it for me ?
