Craft Smoke House

Me and a friend went there November 22 2025. We both had the ribs dinner with Mac and cheese and collards the sides were excellent. The ribs however were a different story. While they too had a great flavor, they had obviously cut most of the meat off of the bones. The meat at the top was normal but the ribs had the thin layer of skin on one side and a slightly thicker layer of meat on the other. I have never seen anything like this. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

Presentation and taste was a 10/10. They have great customer service and reasonable prices.

A must try food stop if you are ever in the area. I ordered the Salmon dinner w/ side of shrimp, wings & fries, and rib tips (not on the menu but the cook was gracious enough to accommodate the request). All of the food was tasty and on point as it relates to temperature, seasoning, and portion size. However, my personal favorite....the SAUCE; the sauce on the wings and ribs makes you wanna slap somebody. Don't forget to add a mango, pineapple lemonade to your order.

We decided to try this restaurant based on all of their positive reviews and were not disappointed. The smooth jazz playing set the tone for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We started with the wings made with house sauce and they were savory with a little spice. It was one of the tastiest sauces I have ever tried, and the wings were cooked perfectly. We ordered the rib dinner and the rib and chicken dinner and both were excellent. Like any barbecue restaurant, the sides can really make the difference between good and great. We tried collards, mac n cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. All were made from scratch and excellent. Our service was excellent, and we will definitely return. They also offer other options besides barbecue.

Did SUCH an impressive job with the food for my wedding of serving over 150 people. Couldn’t have asked for a better team or better food for my big day! The willingness to create a varietal menu, and the capability of knocking it out of the park regardless of what’s chosen is something Craft Smokehouse definitely accomplishes. If I had a do over, I would 100% choose catering with them again. Truly an incredible job.

The food is delicious. My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls.

We ordered the chicken and sausage Rasta pasta and the brisket Mac and cheese. The food was amazing, our server was very friendly. We are lucky to have discovered such a gem so close to home

Y’all!! These wing 🤤 I ordered ranch and didn’t even use it because the flavor was perfect!! We went on Wacky Wednesday and the wings were $1.25 a piece (with flavor) and $1 for wings with no flavor. I recommend the Honey Garlic, they were all good but that Honey Garlic is on a-whole-nother level!!

We got two plates tonight that were the most delicious thing we’ve had in so long. We came out here from Tampa and couldn’t even wait for the drive home and just sat out in our cars to finish both plates. Food didn’t even need the sauce provided it was so fantastically seasoned. We will definitely be back! Well worth the drive.

The Ribs, mac and cheese were awesome. If you like a good smoked rib, this is the place.

The shrimp and grips were amazing

This business went above and beyond to provide my family excellent service and great BBQ. I made changes last minute they still figured it out. My family was so pleased. There wasn't any BBQ chicken or ribs left and none thrown away. Meat so tender you don't need teeth to chew it. FACTS!
