Craft Smoke House

A must try food stop if you are ever in the area. I ordered the Salmon dinner w/ side of shrimp, wings & fries, and rib tips (not on the menu but the cook was gracious enough to accommodate the request). All of the food was tasty and on point as it relates to temperature, seasoning, and portion size. However, my personal favorite....the SAUCE; the sauce on the wings and ribs makes you wanna slap somebody. Don't forget to add a mango, pineapple lemonade to your order.

We decided to try this restaurant based on all of their positive reviews and were not disappointed. The smooth jazz playing set the tone for a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We started with the wings made with house sauce and they were savory with a little spice. It was one of the tastiest sauces I have ever tried, and the wings were cooked perfectly. Did SUCH an impressive job with the food for my wedding of serving over 150 people. Couldn’t have asked for a better team or better food for my big day! The willingness to create a varietal menu, and the capability of knocking it out of the park regardless of what’s chosen is something Craft Smokehouse definitely accomplishes. If I had a do over, I would 100% choose catering with them again. Truly an incredible job.
