Dairy Queen in Spirit Lake offers decent food and prices, with attentive customer care. The vintage building exterior adds charm. Their Blizzards, butterfinger blizzard, root beer floats, and banana milkshake are all well-made and delicious. The drive-thru can be a bit hidden, but service and products are good. Parking is tight, but manageable. The restaurant doesn't skimp on ingredients in their blizzards, and their Cubans are highly recommended, although the drive-thru line can get long on weekend evenings.
