They don’t do any of the Dairy Queen deals and their burgers definitely aren’t the same as the rest of the Dairy Queen. These are like a microwaved patty at this location. Five dollars for a microwave burger is crazy.

I order a oreo brownie cup from here often... tonight around 7:00 we went to drive got my usual, I get home see no oreos on top like I always have. Well went back and the workers wanted to argue and say they always but oreos on the bottom...

I’m not exaggerating when I say I had the best ice cream sundae of my life here. I wish I got the name of the employee that made our ice creams, but whoever made it was NOT stingy with the ice cream OR the toppings. The cup of blue and pink ice cream was cotton candy flavor, it was delicious but it was also HUGE. This is what they call a small here😅 The other one is the Heath brownie cupfection. The amount of chocolate and caramel in my cup was ridiculous. You could barely even see the vanilla ice cream in the middle 🤤(and we all know Dairy Queen has the best vanilla ice cream anyways, this just added to it) on top of that was a huge brownie that honestly tasted homemade. It was so soft, and didn’t feel old either. The Heath candy pieces on top were abundant to say the least, then I got to the bottom of the ice cream and realized there was another heaping scoop of Heath bar pieces. I almost shed a tear. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍦

The ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give them zero stars. My wife and daughter were sitting in line at the drive thru 5 minutes before they closed, I get they were about to close but they took the order ahead of them and then let them sit at the speaker and then came on and said we just took our last order. I guess our 30$ order didn't make any difference to the kids working there. Definitely won't be back. Thanks for nothing.

Some little girl that works in the front was being extremely inappropriate towards customers and saying the most disgusting and disrespectful things. Please get this sorted out immediately!
If you have something on your menu, you should be allowed to order it no matter how long it is before close. You don’t close until a certain time so therefore if something is on your menu you should be able to order

Very shitty service and the young man working the window is extremely rude. “We closed down the hot food because we close in 10 minutes… I literally wanted ONE BROWNIE and you mean to tell me you can’t even pop it in a microwave for 10 seconds? It doesn’t take that long to clean an “oven” after cooking one single brownie. Would give no stars if I could.

The ice cream is literally melted before they even give it to you. Been at least 4 times and every time is just as disappointing as the last. Go to the one in Winter Haven if you want a better experience
