Very shitty service and the young man working the window is extremely rude. “We closed down the hot food because we close in 10 minutes… I literally wanted ONE BROWNIE and you mean to tell me you can’t even pop it in a microwave for 10 seconds? It doesn’t take that long to clean an “oven” after cooking one single brownie. Would give no stars if I could.

The ice cream is literally melted before they even give it to you. Been at least 4 times and every time is just as disappointing as the last. Go to the one in Winter Haven if you want a better experience

If you want a meal and a shake, you have to buy the meal with a drink and buy the shake separately. Google will not allow me to say what I think of that rule. So I will instead say that I will never give dairy queen my business again, and I will tell everyone I know about your scam.

I just left and before I could get to my vehicle my blizzard which of course he didn't do the tip test was melted all over my hand I had to go get bowls and when I got home I didn't have my chocolate chip it was some disgusting ice cream. I only gave one star because my granddaughter kinda liked hers and I bought four. Will never go back and will be telling everyone I know about my experience today.
Customer service via drive thru on free cone day was absolutely five stars! What a great attribute to your company! Wish I got his name but didn’t hope he gets a raise soon! Thank you for our free cones 3/20/25 :)
