Delivery guy was nice. I ordered and paid for extra toppings, no extra meat was on it just the standard amount, plus they added beef to my pepperoni pizza. The pizza's were disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again. $50 loss

I’ve never really had an issue with Domino’s until now. I got an email for a free medium 2-topping pizza because of a previous mistake, but the link wouldn’t work. I called the store and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, “Mel.” Based on how unprofessional and unknowledgeable she was, I seriously doubt she was a real manager.
I told her the link wasn’t working and asked if she could walk me through it. I even said I’d come to the store so she could show me. She kept repeating, “I understand, but there’s nothing I can do,” and refused to help in any way. Then she hung up on me and my sister—twice. Completely unprofessional, untrained, and unsympathetic.
I ended up calling another Domino’s, and in five minutes they helped me redeem the offer with no issues. This location clearly needs major restructuring, and I will be advising corporate of this when I talk to them tomorrow. What a disappointment this store has become. Guys please don't waste your time going to this location every bad review is exact reflection of what this place is.

I am very upset at what I witnessed at this location tonight. The two young ladies working tonight showed class and dignity when dealing with a upset patron, another young lady was on the phone with a gentleman and he was viciously verbally abusing these girls even m ade comments about ones weight. It was disgusting. I get food for my family here almost 2x a week I've had issues here and there with food and they have always taken care of us. I just want whoever controls these reviews to know this. The employees are always joking with each other and making a great time at work , you can definitely feel the positive energy when you walk in. Plus the store is very clean! Even the restroom! Im certain it's not always a great day for some of the employees but you would never know it. Sincerely Miriam Barnes.

Placed an online order for 3 pizzas. One lg cheese: it was over cooked and had 8 giant bubbles throughout the pizza. Not in the crust. We also ordered a lg philly and a lg spinach and feta. Both with NO ONIONS. Apparently the staff cannot read. For the price we pay I expect my food to be at least edible. Very poor staff. Do better.

Guy on the pizza line was cleaning up maybe idk. Wasn’t closing time. Walk in customer ahead of me orders a pepperoni pizza. Well the pizza maker starts grumbling, and slamming stuff around. And was noticeably upset he had to make another pizza. The guy ordering noticed and shook his head, but completed the order anyway. I would have walked out. Just wanted the owners of the franchise to know. If you want details of date/time let me know. The guy taking payment was friendly and polite.
First time i dont know the exact name of the person but was very rude and cancelled my order for no reason when it was already prepaid. And today i thought to give this dominos a second chance and they delivered the whole pizza without cutting it.

Store manager Shawn was beyond unprofessional. After we tried to fix a wrong order sent by them, he said he didn't care and that he was not going to fix it. He disconnected the call without letting me talk. He definitely should be fired, since he doesn't know how to treat customers with manners.

I order pizsa from this store and some how the deliver my order wrong. When i called to see if they can fixed the manager Shawn was the most desrispectful person ever. I was a long time costumer but not anymore after the way he spoke to me. I would go to local pizzeria from now on. Just know if you have a wrong order, is your fault, not the store

The " manager" Shawn sent the order incorrectly and refused to fix it. and I was only trying to have dinner for my kids . This is literally the last time I will order pizza from Domino's. The experience was absolutely horrible i asked to speak to a manager he stated that nobody was higher than him as store manager . His power trip was crazy and that he didn't feel like fixing my order, he was super rude and unprofessional. After ordering from Domino's for so long, this was the last time. The treatment we received was absolutely horrible and he should be fire after so many complaints he has received and clearly they don't care about the customer
