Guy on the pizza line was cleaning up maybe idk. Wasn’t closing time. Walk in customer ahead of me orders a pepperoni pizza. Well the pizza maker starts grumbling, and slamming stuff around. And was noticeably upset he had to make another pizza. The guy ordering noticed and shook his head, but completed the order anyway. I would have walked out. Just wanted the owners of the franchise to know. If you want details of date/time let me know. The guy taking payment was friendly and polite.

First time i dont know the exact name of the person but was very rude and cancelled my order for no reason when it was already prepaid. And today i thought to give this dominos a second chance and they delivered the whole pizza without cutting it.

Store manager Shawn was beyond unprofessional. After we tried to fix a wrong order sent by them, he said he didn't care and that he was not going to fix it. He disconnected the call without letting me talk. He definitely should be fired, since he doesn't know how to treat customers with manners.

I order pizsa from this store and some how the deliver my order wrong. When i called to see if they can fixed the manager Shawn was the most desrispectful person ever. I was a long time costumer but not anymore after the way he spoke to me. I would go to local pizzeria from now on. Just know if you have a wrong order, is your fault, not the store

The " manager" Shawn sent the order incorrectly and refused to fix it. and I was only trying to have dinner for my kids . This is literally the last time I will order pizza from Domino's. The experience was absolutely horrible i asked to speak to a manager he stated that nobody was higher than him as store manager . His power trip was crazy and that he didn't feel like fixing my order, he was super rude and unprofessional. After ordering from Domino's for so long, this was the last time. The treatment we received was absolutely horrible and he should be fire after so many complaints he has received and clearly they don't care about the customer

If I could give this place NO STARS I would start there. The “ highest manager” SHAWN disrespected my mom and decided to say he was “ matching energy” when all we were trying to do was get our order fixed after being transferred from 4 DIFFERENT STORES! It was very unprofessional to say what he said and speaking to her in an aggressive demeanor. My family loves dominos and this was the worse experience ever! SHAWN should be held accountable for his actions and behavior. As a manager that is unacceptable!

I frequently order from Domino’s Pizza as a result, I also accumulate rewards points quickly as well. I redeemed my “FREE Medium Two Topping Pizza”.
The “FREE” pizza end up coming up as “$3.49” due to me getting “PAN” crust and “BACON”. Paying for the pan crust is to be expected, I get it.
I added additional items and paid online in which you qualify for “Car Side Delivery”.
I arrived at Domino’s at 4:50p. I clicked the “RED CHECK IN” button as instructed. My order was ready at 4:54p. I sat out with my cars hazard lights on as directed. Nobody came out. I turned the hazards off and went inside to get my food in which a lady asked my name and looked and said “Oh you were car side delivery?”…..
NOOOOOO DUHHH NANCY!
Poor customer service. Not a single apology. I’m appalled at such behaviors, given the location.

This has to be the worst domino's around. They get our order wrong 80% of the time. Decided to give them 1 more chance and they failed again. Going to give my business to another pizza place from now on. Worst I have ever delt with.
I would give them minus stars if I could.

Horrible customer service!! Who ever the manager was on 12/21/2024 @5:15pm on 540A that hung up on me needs to be retrained. I have been a loyal customer for years and never had a problem. I shouldn’t have to force myself to eat a burned cheesy bread when I have paid my hard working money for it.A customer should never have to feel they way I feel now. Corporate please handle this! If you can go to another location that know how to treat their customers!

This is the SECOND time an entire pizza has been missing from my order. Also do you guys know what extra cheese means...I definitely am paying for it yet there are numerous spot on my pizzas where I see straight down to the sauce. Sorry guys...there won't be a 3rd time. Leaving my half done order sitting by the register for 15 min while you fixed your mistake was the icing on the cake for me. Horrible attention to detail and customer service. Do better!!

Pizza is very Greasy and they don't put alot of toppings on it. The specials they promote are not honored here. Zero customer in store at all.. No ine knows anything and I can't order here anymore cause its too frustrating. Private franchise material obviously.. I think they only have one delivery driver.
