Pulled up as we are local to order 3coffees to go, gal smoking 4:40pm3/20 smoking , pull up to order and silence.. pull up to window and no one inside!! Gal gone on sidewalk. Never again ! Going to Starbucks 2 seconds away !!try harder!

If it wasn’t for John today that was working drive Thur running around having to do everyone else job, I would never be back there. I waiting on my drink for over 20 minutes before I asked the girl where my drink was and she acted clueless and waited about another 10 minutes before I asked the guy that was working harder then anyone’s else there. (John) I asked if he was the manager he told me he wasn’t but still help me out as I was a walk in. Amazing costumer service from John other than him and the guy making food everyone else was terrible. All the female don’t have a brain cell. I just want to say thank you to John.

I ordered 3 items a drink, a chicken croissant, and a frosted donut. The donut was placed upside down getting frosting smeared on the bottom of the bag. The chicken croissant had a hair in it. It has been replaced no worries things happen.

Got there at 7:30 pm tonight and they were closed even though the website says open until 8 pm. I’m doing a 3.5 hour drive and wanted some caffeine but the guy working was cleaning and had the automated closed message on the speaker in the drive thru.

They are always out of stuff. This is my local Dunkin, so I go here often, and it never fails for them to be out of something. I understand being out of doughnuts later in the day but to always be out of things like caramel flavoring, large cups, and croissants, among other things. It's always something. They used to have horrible customer service, but recently, they've hired new employees who are at least nice about being out of everything you try to order.

This place never has donuts I go in early late it doesn't matter always out of donuts went in today at 1 pm and again out of donuts very poor service place

Worst operating drive thru in the business. The manager they just ran off or fired. Knew how to do it. But the workers just wouldn’t work or show up. Owner needs more staff. They loose more customers for the wait. Average wait in drive thru. 10 minutes!! Easy. Actually times it. One car at a time. Car orders. Drives directly to window. Gets order then they ale next order. Such a waste of business.

It's crazy to me that I have to wait 10 minutes to order when there are no cars in front of me, and not even order but pick up my online order and when I go to the window its ready and they forgot my donuts, its literally a donut place. Incompetence runs deep within this establishment

I had a poor experience at this particular Dunkin. My daughter and I ordered the holiday cookie iced signature latte, but when I got the drinks, they were made wrong . We told the lady that those were not our drinks she went to say that they were the right drinks. My daughter hen told her that she orders it all the time and that it should have the crumbs on top and not cinnamon . The lady got an attitude, and d said she would remake them. Instead of just saying I am sorry, she left and had another lady bring them out toy daughter and I.

This has to be the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. No one answered the intercom. After I noticed 9 cars behind me, I pulled up to the window. Then sat at the windows for another 7 min. My coffee's foam had dissolved and my hashbrowns were room temperature,  gross!. I told him my DT number. Not once did he apologize. He should have answered the intercom and just advised they were backed up and there would be a wait??!! Then the customer-centric attitude would be to apologize if the customer has to pull up to the window because no one answered the intercom!

His modus operandi was to make it look like he was training 4-5 staffers. Excuse me? I had heard him answer the intercom to the person before me! And then I had to sit for 10 minutes at the window. Please pull my app order number and pull the videos. Start a timer! This man needs some uptraining on embodying Dunkin' company values. Pull up your pants and actually work!  My God.

Every week at least twice a week. I order a refresher lemonade with less ice. Never had an issue with it being full. This particular morning 10/22 the employee express my refresher lemonade would not be full. Completely caught off guard by this statement I questioned the comment. I never had this issue until this morning at 6 in the morning. Out of curiosity I continued with my order. Got to the window and it was not full which is unacceptable. You guys offer less ice it shouldn’t matter if I order it with regular amount or less my cup should be full. This was unacceptable and the employee should be retrained! I am a Dunkin rewards member and I go here often was even almost at my 12 visits for the month but due to this interaction I highly doubt I will be returning. Who knows what other customers are being shorted and other orders being half done as well with this employee team. Also this was not the usual morning team.
